I love this store! It was my first time in and I was greeted by the most wonderful employee and manager who helped me with decorating my class when I had no clue where to start. I was able to get more things than I went in expecting to get and was able to sign up for their reward program and save money off my purchase. Huge thank you to both Alana and the manager Jenn for helping me! I will definitely be back!

On June 26th I ordered 4 chairs which were in stock and they have STILL not shipped!! I’m so very disappointed and frustrated. Today is July 6th, please tell me why the chairs have not been shipped!

Ahh I wish I found this store sooner! This store is amazing for kids and teachers too! Basically everything a teacher needs for a classroom can be found in here. We loved the learning materials and games — everything I have purchased here has been educational and engaging for my daughter. They also have toys here out on display for your kiddos to try out — we discovered we needed to purchase the screwdriver set as a result!I’m super excited about this store and can’t wait to go back. The employees are all so kind and helpful. The prices were not as shocking as I was expecting too. AND they offer free educational events to the public. Love it.

The people who work at this store are amazing! My son and I were looking through the window about 30 minutes before they opened, and one of the employees, Matt, came to the door and asked if we wanted to come in! They opened early for us. My son was so excited! They made our day, and we were able to get the cool AlphaBots my son saw in the window. Thank you Lakeshore!

today I was helped by Carlos. I feel that he has the perfect personality for this store; fun, joyful, and helpful. My daughter and I come here often and try out new toys and buy new toys often. Everyone has always been very helpful and we always leave with at least one new fun item.

I was surprised at how much my kiddo and I enjoyed the Lakeshore Learning Store. I came in since I had a coupon from purchasing a multiplication machine through their website. We walked in and an employee greeted us right away and asked if it was our first time. We said yes and they went over the various sections of the store, the little stations kids can try out and the reading corner that happens by the hour on Saturday. We walked around the entire store then my daughter played at several of the stations before deciding her favorite which we ended up buying. There's a small clearance section in the back right, which I ended up buying a marble toy for my oldest at a discount just cuz of damaged packaging, why not! We tagged onto the last few mins of the reading corner and participated in their in store scavenger hunt. My daughter really enjoyed the experience and asked to return next weekend. The store had tons of learning toys and tools. Lots of supplies and resources for teachers and at home learning. I will definitely be stopping by again!

My son and I always have a total blast when visiting Lakeshore Learning Store. They have the best educational toys and materials! They also always have a monthly free kids event on Saturdays from 11-3PM. This month Feb, kids had the opportunity to make a car, plane, or a ship. Then they can put the creation into motion! Last month Jan, kids had the opportunity to excavate a dinosaur out of an egg and the chance to make homemade slime! In addition, there are over 30 different toys and games on display so that you can try it out and play! The staff are always so amazing, kind, and helpful!

It’s a great place. There are a wide variety of children’s teaching aids, covering all ages. It’s educational and entertaining. It’s suitable for helping children choose gifts, or inspiring learning from an early age. There are regular discounts, so you can go there every now and then.

Matt and Michelle were so friendly and helpful. The store was clean and very well organized. They were very knowledgeable about the products and allowed us to physically handle the products before we purchased.

This Lakeshore is such a gift to teachers! Not only is the store stocked and beautiful but the staff goes above and beyond to help. Today the staff helped me pick a new room theme, find all the items (even some in the clearance section and displayed on the walls), punch out and laminate all the items! They were cheerful, friendly, and I truly felt at home!

We visited this store with our granddaughter and found everyone very helpful and welcoming. Donna took extra care and help us find exactly what we were looking to buy. Donna understand the needs of the customer and helped us quickly and efficiently. We will visit this store again and again because of employees like Donna.

I was looking for a couple of specific items and their prices were the same as the major online competitor. I much rather support a local business. Lakeshore Learning makes that easy: great product selection, excellent customer service, and a convenient easy-to-navigate website.
