Been buying La-Z-Boy since the 80's (yes I'm older) when in my 20's and my first recliner. This is NOT your father's La-Z-Boy furniture...I've had sofas, rugs, side tables, etc. over the years. They may not be the cheapest, but quality doesn't come cheap.

I have a 10 year old Lazy-boy recliner that experienced a mechanical failure. I called Lazy-boy and they told me to take it here for repair. An hour later it was fixed. Fantastic service and exactly why I will ALWAYS buy Lazy-boy furniture. Love it.

Exceptional service, no baloney, in and out quickly... 1 and done repairs at 'we only charge what we have to' prices. Premium brand, premium service.No hesitation to recommend the repair service. 10 year old power recliner chair... broke one of the plastic mechanisms, replaced with metal. It can be argued it should never have been plastic, but 10 years isn't horrible, and the repair was $50. Seems fair to me.

I wont dispute that L-Z Boy recliners are of the highest quality but I do not recommend buying from the ********* ** location. They have no regard for customer satisfaction. I entered the showroom and had a decent experience with the sales person on my first visit however on my visit the second day to match a color, the same salesperson was completely disrespectful. She opted to leave me standing and go visit quite obviously with a good friend. I literally sat there for over 15 min while she did personal visiting and then came back to me. But the real issue is the warehouse and delivery personnel. They sent multiple texts and email to confirm a delivery window of which I confirmed more than once. This was to no avail because the next day the furniture was not delivered nor did I receive a call explaining the circumstances. Once I reached them they said there was an issue ( incompetence and lack of teamwork basically) and they had to reschedule the delivery. Why, after confirming multiple times would they fail to notify me of a mistake and not let me know after I had to take the day off work? Complete and total disregard for customer time and no service recovery. Could someone stay late to deliver my furniture due to the mistake? Could they offer me a discount? No. Finally I was able to negotiate a return of the $99. delivery fee I had pre-paid. If you can pick up your own furniture you should be okay, but honestly the delivery was such a cluster, I do not ever recommend using store delivery personnel with this company.

Exceptionally professional and positive experience! We found exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. Steve is an outstanding customer representative. We purchased our recliner that day. The delivery team was amazing and actually early! I could not have imagined a more perfect transaction from start to finish. We will start all future furniture searches here!

My husband and I went to the clearance center several times while redoing our home from Tuscan to modern. The manager, Steve N, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We got some great buys on some beautiful lamps and a "one of a kind" decor piece. They have great deals on sofa's and recliners, but we are hoping to purchase some in white or ivory, and they didn't have our color. Highly recommend you try this out.

Our La-Z Boy delivery team was extremely polite, professional and efficient! Efrain & Isael carefully manuvered our couches down the staircase. Then they assembled them and ensured the couches were positioned correctly to fully recline. We highly recommend truck # 700. Thank you Efrain & Isael. We appreciate your awesome customer service!

We think we found a great recliner that is available now... not in 8 weeks ! We looked at 2 Lazyboy stores and 2 other warehouse type huge stores here in the Phoenix area yesterday. Today we decided to look at the Lazyboy Outlet Ctr. All the specifics we want, good color and half price. Yippee!

I have bought all out furniture here. Most have some small flaw. Dennis was great. Made it affordable. Unfortunately new guy has prices way up. I will be looking elsewhere.

I purchased my Lazy Boy recliner 5 years ago. I had a problem with the mechanism that holds the chair up. I brought the chair in for service. They fixed the chair and lubricated and replaced tyhe wooden handle. The chair works as good as the day I purchased the chair. The parts were covered under the lifetime gurantee. Labor was $15.00 money well spent.
