They'll sell you furniture, but they don't back up what they sell. Not when it was new and not when it's a few years old.A small, plastic item broke in half. THEY WERE NO HELP in getting a new 25-cent replacement piece, but rather, very willing to sell me a whole new $75.00 piece of equipment!! ?

We bought a leather la-a-boy sofa, love seat & recliner chair. It cost us over $12,000 dollars . The company will not stand behind any of the issues that we are having. The leather has torn and the recliner make so much noise when you recline the seat the squeak can be heard all over the house. We bought this set a little over a year ago. I called and was told the leather is only warranty for a year and the mechanical issue with the recliner I would have to do a video chat with a technician and he would tell me how to fix it. To me this is unacceptable we thought this company was better than this! We will never buy anything from them again! They are selling JUNK!!!

Been buying La-Z-Boy since the 80's (yes I'm older) when in my 20's and my first recliner. This is NOT your father's La-Z-Boy furniture...I've had sofas, rugs, side tables, etc. over the years. They may not be the cheapest, but quality doesn't come cheap.

I have a 10 year old Lazy-boy recliner that experienced a mechanical failure. I called Lazy-boy and they told me to take it here for repair. An hour later it was fixed. Fantastic service and exactly why I will ALWAYS buy Lazy-boy furniture. Love it.

Exceptional service, no baloney, in and out quickly... 1 and done repairs at 'we only charge what we have to' prices. Premium brand, premium service.No hesitation to recommend the repair service. 10 year old power recliner chair... broke one of the plastic mechanisms, replaced with metal. It can be argued it should never have been plastic, but 10 years isn't horrible, and the repair was $50. Seems fair to me.

I wont dispute that L-Z Boy recliners are of the highest quality but I do not recommend buying from the ********* ** location. They have no regard for customer satisfaction. I entered the showroom and had a decent experience with the sales person on my first visit however on my visit the second day to match a color, the same salesperson was completely disrespectful. She opted to leave me standing and go visit quite obviously with a good friend. I literally sat there for over 15 min while she did personal visiting and then came back to me. But the real issue is the warehouse and delivery personnel. They sent multiple texts and email to confirm a delivery window of which I confirmed more than once. This was to no avail because the next day the furniture was not delivered nor did I receive a call explaining the circumstances. Once I reached them they said there was an issue ( incompetence and lack of teamwork basically) and they had to reschedule the delivery. Why, after confirming multiple times would they fail to notify me of a mistake and not let me know after I had to take the day off work? Complete and total disregard for customer time and no service recovery. Could someone stay late to deliver my furniture due to the mistake? Could they offer me a discount? No. Finally I was able to negotiate a return of the $99. delivery fee I had pre-paid. If you can pick up your own furniture you should be okay, but honestly the delivery was such a cluster, I do not ever recommend using store delivery personnel with this company.

Exceptionally professional and positive experience! We found exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. Steve is an outstanding customer representative. We purchased our recliner that day. The delivery team was amazing and actually early! I could not have imagined a more perfect transaction from start to finish. We will start all future furniture searches here!
