Prices have gotten high here so I rarely shop here anymore. Last time I went the cashier was extremely talkative and was going on about Trump and how her and her kids are scared because they are immigrants. That’s just not a convo I wanted to have nor was it an appropriate convo to bring up to a customer. I’m there to shop, not talk politics.

The dressing rooms are staffed and so were the cashier registers. The store was busy and there was a line to cash out. Very friendly associate- Karlyn. Plus, great sales!

I can’t lie. I am not typically a fan of Kohls. They never have anything I love and prices are ridiculous for many of their items. I was in the area shopping and decided to check it out. This location is quite large and was well stocked with many items my kohls doesn’t offer. It includes a Sephora of course which seems to be the norm these days. I was able to find a couple things and was in and out. The location was clean. My only complaint besides at the register I walked by multiple employees who couldn’t even seem to manage a hello.

The store was clean shelves empty. The male associate was headed to break. I guess the manager took over to help me. She was knowledgeable but not welcoming and didn't seem to want to engage. The store wasn't crowded. I asked about Versace Yellow Diamond the small purse size. The manager wasn't pleasant at all. Her response was sarcastic " what you see is what we have " I've seen other associate pull open the drawer under the cabinet to check. I had to asked her to check. I will definitely not go to that Kohls Sephora again. I will go to my usual locstion

There was a great selection of women's clothing, which is why I went. I also found many great things to give as Christmas presents. We spent several hours in the store because I live out of the country and needed to stock up. Checkout was fast, and prices and quality are good.

You stole $15.00 from my acct which were reward points from October. Your clerk indicated I couldn't use till November. I came in Nov. 2nd & no rewards were on my acct. I have 0oct receipt verifying the rewards. Lousy experience and not the first with Kohls.

Unfortunately the variety and quality of clothing has decreased but it is still worth going. There is enough parking and good customer service

They took away the return counters awhile ago. Didn’t think much about that till I had to return an item today and stood in line for almost 15 minutes! Ugh!

I went there to pick up an online order in the back of the store; pickup and return area is easy to find and it was organized well except for the part in which my steamer mop was placed in the wrong cubbie. Easy fix, the employee just needed to pay attention to what he or she is doing. Thank you!

Super long lines and wait at checkout. 1 person at register and 3 at the customer service/return area. They only have registers on one side of the store now too. Bad planning…
