Avoid coming here to do amazon returns!!! For the past 3 days during the week day between 7-8 there has NEVER been anyone there to assist. So a co worker expressed her frustration that they had to do it up front at register 5. The line was long for Amazon returns the day before today, it’s a simple process but difficult people makes simple things difficult such as tonight this rude employee in blue shirt older lady angrily said “Amazon is closed is , and the excuse is the person got sick and had to leave” it even sounded like a lie lol so you’re telling me for the past 3 days this person had to leave every time? Then I asked can the lady up front with nothing to do no customers in line or anything can she assist me. (Since it’s not customers fault someone had to leave) business is business. She then again angrily said “no all of the machines are shut down” first of all lady it’s only alittle scanner scanning a bar code. I could accept the fact that if you are short staffed and you spoke with decency and respect but she had the worst attitude ever! I will never shop at this location again she made kohls look bad and I will go to ups from now on for returns where they are organize, have people happy to do their job and not a hassle! It cost $0 to be kind!!!

Michelle’s customer service is abysmal! No decency or courtesy. Two other customer service reps were looking around to do something while myself and another customer waited around while one cashier Michelle took her sweet time. They all should be fired!

Long gone are the days of good service and taking care of customers. Just trying to fulfill my nephews holiday list which included some Nike socks. I ordered them online and the order was canceled. I get to the store and find a pair I thought was very similar I ask Alexus what the difference was between the pair I originally purchased and the pair that I found that was $3 more and she did not have a solid answer. She restated to me 4 times the price difference like I had a comprehension issue. The manager (Eneida ) comes and then she says oh these are dri-fit the others were not, just something she decided to make up! I found in the details the ones I purchased were also dri-fit. Ultimately Nike has an everyday sock and an everyday plus sock that would have been the best explanation but no one but the third manager(Lupe) was able to clarify that. No one offered to even find me the correct socks just they would not do the price adjustment. I paid for the socks went to the back and found The correct socks and had to stand in the line for a second time during the holiday season to get checked out. When I was working at Kohls 15 years ago this experience would have gone differently. I would have had someone bring the correct socks or given the online order was canceled and the customer drove 1hr I would have just done the price adjustment to show appreciation for continued business.

Came to browse and pick up an online order (which was new to me). Pickup process was easy and store was clean and put together. I feel like I used to be able to find great deals at Kohls in their clearance section (like under $10-$15), but everything I found seemed to be minimum $25+, with most items being $35-$50, which didn't seem like "clearance" pricing. Could just be inflation with the times, but still seemed a bit crazy. Will still go back though for the wide selection and good organization.

I tried to buy some shoes, a purse, leggings and a fitbit. NO ONE CAME TO HELP US with the shoe sizes or open the doors for the fit bits. We asked for help but no one came.
We just left the stuff and go to another stores with better services and prices.
The prices are more expensive than other places with sane brands.
I used to buy here a lot but not anymore.
It is not recommended.

I have come to this Kohl’s the last two nights To make an Amazon return but last night Amazon closed at 7:30 and tonight they closed Amazon at seven even though Kohl’s is open till nine every night. The manager had the nerve to tell me that they are a little understaffed and Amazon doesn’t make them any money. Both nights there were several other Amazon customers that came and left while I was there

Me and my husband recently purchased a home in a Ahwatukee i noticed i had a Kohls about 8 mins away and was very excited to go check it out.. I came in today October 18 picked up a few items and around 1:55 I headed to the register. I was making line when one of the employees (blond lady in her early 50’s maybe )approached me and in the meanest rudest tone asked what form of payment I had. I said a gift card , then she rudely pointed at the self check out and asked if I wanted to go there which I replied no …. Unluckily enough for me when it was my turn at the register I went to hers …. Of course no greeting me , I proceded to let her know there was a lamp I wanted but It didn’t have a tag but I looked it up online and it was priced at 15.00 but when she rang it up it came up to 20 … she rudely told me is on the website so then go to online and select the coupon so you can get the discount while TAPPING HER FINGERS ON THE COUNTER i am sure you are able to see it on camera . The whole interaction was so uncomfortable And her annoyance so uncalled foro was just there to shop and find things not to be treated poorly . I don’t expect her or anyone to be overly Friendly and I am aware that maybe costumer derive can be overwhelming but there is not need to ruin anyone’s day with bad attitude .
