They were thorough and took good care of my car. I was disappointed in the length of time it took. I had set an appointment and told them I had another appointment later that day. Luckily I decided I’d better reschedule my other appointment because it took at least an hour longer than I was expecting and I would not have made it to my next appointment. I also wish they would have gone through the bill with me to explain what part of the labor cost was for what part of my service and why there was parts listed on it twice. I can say that is my fault for not paying more attention before leaving but like I mentioned above I was MUCH later than I expected to be leaving. Overall my car is much happier and I am happy that they were able to help me get it there.

Darryl and another employee at Knudsen’s took great care of us. They charged us half of what our usual mechanic was going to charge us. They went above and beyond and took our car over to emissions for us. We will definitely be using them again!

I have known Daryl for many years. He is extremely honest and is a great mechanic. Our firm has used him for our entire fleet and we have never had a problem with service or pricing. I highly recommend Knudsen's Tire Pros & Auto Service.

My granddaughter was concerned about a noise she heard when she put on the brakes and I was able to get an appointment to have it checked out the next morning. The rear brake pads needed to be replaced and Ricky said he could order the parts and have them there quickly and fix it immediately. I'm so thankful that I've finally found an Auto Repair facility I can trust. And added bonus of going to Knudsen’s is there are 14 month old Sulcata tortoises in an aquarium that you can watch! Baby tortoise shenanigans are hilarious! ?
