“Derek and the guys from Aqua Therapy Tubs are wonderful. Derek returned my call about doing this job the same day I called. His workers just finished removing our tub/shower and installing a walk-in shower, toilet and new floor. They did an awesome job and it looks wonderful. The guys were always on time, they made sure to cover everything to keep the mess down and they were always very curteous and very proficient and they also let me take photos of the process. “The most amazing gallery of beautiful slabs. I picked marble slabs for 7 areas. The availability was complicated by Covid and supply chain issues, but they let me know when a shipment was about to arrive having what I wanted, and even set aside a shipment so I could pick 4 slabs having veins that were continuously matched slab to slab. Gave me plenty of notice as to when he’d be at my house. He was organized. He very quickly unloaded all the boxes and ordered them in an efficient way in my garage. Angie helped me out so much, she answered all of my questions, made suggestions and I absolutely love the faucets, shower head and bathtub she helped me pick out. I was going to be out of town the week the delivery was available, so they held my products until I got back, and the delivery went perfectly, delivered by the owner of the company. They installed the granite countertops in our new home and after about a month we made an appointment to have them sealed. The tech cleaned and sealed them and since they were so new, didn't charge us the quoted cost - it was an excellent deal! He also gave us a lot of information on how to clean and maintain them. “Between 2017 and 2018, I bought two bathroom cabinets and two faucets from this store. Last night I had a problem with the water valve and I needed to remove a drawer from the cabinet. I tried manuals and you tube with no luck. Today, I contacted the store via telephone. Josh answered the phone and provided an excellent customer service. “Caleb was extremely helpful in finding the right piece of stone for our shower bench. We could not match the granite on our master bath countertops. He helped us find the right slab of quartzite and he’d the slab cut in half, as we did not need the full slab.Would highly recommend searching for a variety of natural stone at the Yard.”
