Brought my car in for an oil change it needed additional work. I asked if its something they could complete that day and they said yes it would just be a few hours (this call happened at 930am). At 330pm I hadn't heard back so I called for an update and they said they would check and call me back. They then said hes confident he can get it done but would I be okay leaving it over night because they don't want to rush the job and have further issues. So I had no choice to but to leave it and I asked if they would consider a discount for the inconvenience as I now had to take the day of work tomorrow and that I would have not approved the work if they were honest about being able to get it done and would have scheduled for another time. They offered a 5% discount which was a joke because they had a coupon on their website that would have gotten me more (but of course wouldn't let me apply the coupon too) they did up it to 115 off but then my bill was magically 75 more than what was quoted. I have no problem paying for services and would have paid full price if my car was completed when they said it was. When I asked why the bill was more, the employee just kept trying to prove me wrong instead of listening to my concerns and explaining what additional work needed to be done to explain why it was 75 more. I have brought my kia here for a while now and spent alot of money on repairs (it's over 200k miles) I will never come to them again. Not because of their quality of work but because of the lack quality of employees they hire that care more about money and being right instead of listening to someone's concern

I have taken my Telluride here for 5 years including all routine maintenance, recalls, etc. Today is the LAST time I will ever be stepping foot inside this establishment.
I dropped off my Telluride this morning for the routine 67k maintenance. Upon picking it back up, I found all the seats in awkward positions with trash still in the car from the mechanics. No big deal. I then noticed that my driverās side view mirror was not functioning. I went back inside and showed my āservice advisorā Travis Rocha who subsequently ACCUSED ME of breaking it! So in-between the time me dropping off a functioning car to picking it up, I had somehow sneaked into the dealership to break my own side view mirror.
The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism displayed by Travis Rocha is beyond concerning. They lost a loyal customer today. I strongly recommend avoiding this location to prevent this from happening to you.

Terrible experience with the service department as I was told it would be about 2 hours for the oil change and to wash the vehicle. 3.5 hours later and they finally brought the car back and it was still unwashed. Dillion did not offer a friendly experience and didnāt offer any apology for the delay in service. 0/10 would not recommend coming here for even basic services unless you have all day and want a longer wait time for incomplete services.

Ricardo deserves a raise man - great guy, went in to get my 20K maintenance - Iāve got a maintenance plan that Iāve purchased when I bought my car.. Ricardo explained how the maintenance plan works & saved me some additional funds this morning!! Highly recommend working with him! Iāll be back bc of this employee

Came in last month with my recently purchased Kia stinger GT, Ismael was super knowledgeable about the car and made sure that it was in the right hands. Car left running better and smoother than when I bought it.

Great experience with Ismael BarragƔn. First time going to a dealership to get my service done, but Ismael was helpful and really took the stress out of getting my car serviced. Definitely recommend asking for Ismael when coming to do your service!

I had an excellent experience at the Kia service department thanks to my service writer Ismael. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to clearly explain the services my vehicle needed at 36k miles and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. There were no surprises and he kept me updated throughout the process.
Itās not often you find someone who makes car service stress free, but Ismael really went above and beyond. He made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Because of his excellent customer service, Iāll definitely be returning here for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend! š

Deeply Disappointed by Service Experience at Kia Camelback
Iām writing to express my sincere disappointment with the service I received at Kia Camelback, specifically in my interaction with Ishmael in your service department.
I scheduled an appointment clearly stating that my dashboard was displaying a warning that required dealership attentionānot a routine oil change. I also emphasized that I would be waiting with the car, as itās my only mode of transportation.
Despite this, I was given a 4:30 PM appointment. Upon arrival, Ishmael informed me that the service department closes at 6:30 PM and that my issue would require a full day. If that was known, why was I scheduled so late in the day? This lack of communication disrupted my plans and left me without options.
When I asked Ishmael to at least take a look at the dashboard, he walked over, glanced at it, and responded with a series of indifferent nods. I explained that I couldnāt be without my car, that I needed a solutionānot a shrug. His final words were, āItās your car, leave it or take it.ā
That statement was not just dismissiveāit was deeply unsettling. In a moment where I was seeking help, I was met with apathy. āItās up to youā is not a solution. Itās a refusal to engage, to empathize, or to serve.
I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and frankly, disrespected. This experience has shaken my trust in your dealershipās commitment to customer care. I hope this note prompts reflection and improvementānot just in scheduling protocols, but in how your team communicates with those who rely on you

I want to acknowledge Ishmael, one of your Service Advisors. He helped me greatly, with showing me to the Kia Parts dept. to order a small but significant part replacement, when I was undergoing an urgent situation. Then, upon its arrival a couple days later, he assisted my pickup of the part, and directed its insertion. Ishmael simply did all he could to address my need, without pressure, quickly and with positive support in just a few words. I will definitely return to Camelback Kia, and I will ask for Ishmael again.

This was my very first brand new car purchase. The deal went smoother than expected. My salesman Kendrick was great. A week later I came in for tint. Steven in service was extremely professional. This dealership made me feel like i belong, i matter and my needs are heard. If anyone is looking for a new Kia, dont hesitate to come here.
