an hour ago NEW The sales experience is actually better than most. We saw the (used) car we came to see, we liked it, they were friendly and they made us a fair deal. The financing and MVD office are strictly amateur hour. That would make make me reconsider buying there again. My son lives in Arizona but I'm out of state, so even though I have no credit challenges, it took a while to put together a financing package, despite a significant cash down payment and a trade. After two weeks, I hadn't heard, so I called them (they didn't call me), and they had secured a bank with the rate that they had offered. Another week passed and they called my son (they had an error with my number) to say that they had forgotten that we needed to sign a specific paper for the out of state arrangement. That delay precluded plates from being issued. When that was resolved on 1/31 the finance manager said he would expedite the MVD paperwork. On 2/11 I inquired again (since I told them that I had a specific timeline due due irregular visits to Arizona), and surprise! The plates HAD NOT YET BEEN PROCESSED. Very coincidentally, it got done on Monday and the plates will not arrive while I am here. Nothing irritates me more than being made a promise - particularly after multiple issues - to have no follow through. If I wanted that type of issue, I'd go to a less reputable place. I had originally given them the benefit of the doubt and taken the Finance Manager at his word; he blamed MVD. That was misplaced. The Finance Manager did NOT expedite the tags after their error and then blamed MVD. MVD, on the other hand, turned the registration in TWO DAYS. I hate being lied to.

When I purchased my car on black Friday, the windshield was broken. I was told by the sales person and finance that the dealership needed to do some paperwork, but they would make sure the windshield was replaced. I have contacted the sales person and the service department multiple times, and nothing has been scheduled. It has now been 6 weeks, and I am beyond frustrated. What happened to integrity?!

This has been the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered!!! JIMMY ROWE in service hates his job but hates people even more it's disgusting. I came in for a oil change closer to the end of the day with a hour and a half before closing (more then enough time for a oil change) he was so upset that I had came in. 1. Didn't ask my name or time for my appointment 2.gave me someone else's paperwork. 3. My spare key isn't programmed after I spent 3 hours here a month ago waiting for it to be programmed so I brought in my new keys for them to be done and he told me I couldn't have it done today because it's the end of the day. Which was fine I said I would come another day then. All of a sudden he was able to program them which I thanked him for. Before hand I asked him to have my car washed because that's included with my oil change as well. He said it couldnt be a detail because it was the "end of the day" (I had to wait over a hour for my car to be detailed when I purchased it so why couldn't it be done with plenty of time that was given?) I said OK, AGAIN being rude to me for what reason??? Because the day was ending? He got my oil change done at 5:15 with 45 minutes left before the "day ended". When he brought me the car it was still dirty so I asked him to wash it. He was like "um yeah sure" (as if I didn't already ask beforehand) he brings me back my car with it completely WET.. that's NOT a car wash. I was now upset because he completely made me feel like I was such a inconvenience to him and Kia. This expensive car is what I pay for so this is the least he could do!! It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I was now upset and I let him know that he's upset me because now I feel like he's purposely doing this. He told me he wasn't going to dry it off now and that I could leave. Who is JIMMY ROWE exactly to tell ME to leave?? The owner?? The manager?? NOPE. I told him I wasn't leaving till what I came for was finished. I asked another employee which was new he said if he could call to get it dried off which he didn't hesitate. Jordan came to the office to see which car and Jimmy told Jordan to not dry it off for me.. again.. who does he think he is?? It was very childish to me. I'm the paying customer and IM the client. Where is the customer service? He wouldn't stop talking to me after I asked him to stop. telling me that I couldn't come back to KIA, I would never be serviced there again and to leave. On top of this all, I have my newborn with me. The reason I came later in the day (which I called to confirm that was okay) was because I didn't want to sit with my newborn for 3 plus hours like they said it would take. So because of that this was how I was treated. It already very hard to parents to be out with children he made me feel even worse!!! I really want this to be resolved and for him to be held accountable for what he had done. that's not anyway to speak to a customer let alone someone who purchased a 40k vehicle that needs service.

Buenos días , visite este concesionario hace varios días y dejé un depósito reembolsable por un auto para que me hicieran una cotización para bajar el interés que me estaban dando en ese momento, días después no pudimos cerrar el negocio por qué el interés que pedían era demasiado alto, y decidí no comprar el auto y pedí el reembolso que había dejado, de eso hace hoy 17 días, he ido al consecionario 5 veces , y aún no tengo mi dinero de regreso!! Me siento muy mal porque es una falta de respeto, cada vez que voy me dicen que ya han hecho el reembolso y que tengo que esperar 3 días a que se haga efectivo, y cuando vuelvo a ir me dicen lo mismo , incluso la última vez me dijeron que era que no se había hecho el reembolso antes , pero que en ese momento si lo iban a hacer, así estoy todavía , sin mi dinero de vuelta, eso deja mucho que decir de ese lugar. Así que para nada recomiendo este lugar!! Saludos

I brought my 2022 kia telluride for appointment on 11/25/2023 at 0700 am to check why it was dripping so much water. I suspected condensation since it's gotten cold but it was dripping so much water causing large amount of water dripping from driveway inside the garage creating large puddles. I'm an old guy so I've own numerous types of vehicles. This is the first Kia I've ever owned and since I have never seen this happen with my previous vehicles it got me worried that something might be wrong. When I walked in to drop my car a young lady whom I've never seen before working at the service said they will charge me $160 diagnostic. I informed her that my car is under warranty and I shouldn't have to pay. While waiting I received a text saying they found two faults which are alignment and throttle service. I can understand alignment but why would I need a throttle service when the car has about 15+k miles in it. I refused both service but what made me so mad that I decided to write this review is that when I went there my tires were perfectly fine but when I got my car back the sidewall of my tire had a large round deep tear. The service report I have states that they conducted a multipoint inspection of the vehicle and no mention of my tire being ripped. I also make it a point to check my car before bringing it to any shop. Luckily the tear was deep but not deep enough to cause a leak. I called the 800-333-4KIA(4542) customer service number and informed them, they gave me a case number but have not heard back from them. I even tried calling the camelback kia twice, explained to the operator what happened, she says she'll transfer me to service supervisor but kept being directed to voicemail which is full so can't even leave a message. Called the operator again and informed her the voicemail is full so she took my name and number and said someone will get back to me and still have not heard back from them. I have bought new tires already since I felt it was not safe to drive but if Kia really do care about their customers they should at least return my call and can even pretend to care and not only pretend to care when your buying a car from them.

Maurice and Aniq were amazing! They were really nice and they really attentive to my needs and concerns. I really appreciated that since buying a car is usually not an easy process but they didn't rush me or pressure me. I found the perfect car, the Sportage EX! I also loved how they told me I could come in anytime if I had any questions. That in itself made me feel a lot better about the buying process!

Wish I could leave a negative star! 6 months and still no settlement on absolutely poor communication! From service , GM and customer service. Car was under a theta action lawsuit for that year of vehicle motor. So with all the modern technology someone's computer didn't get some sort of this engine being in a recall let alone theta action lawsuit. So I'm out still 1200 dollars from rental car. Kia only covered 40 dollars per day on rental. No communication on this. Been in the dealership multiple times. Called Adam , Tammy and Smiley to get a quick solution. If I was being paid for every time I was told I would get a call back by 4pm the next day this 1200 would've been settled up. Absolutely trash regarding customer service! Or just settling up a mistake and admitting they dropped the ball on communication regarding the engine!!

This place is a scam. Truthfully. I bought a car back in May 2021, adding GAP insurance as most people would... get into a car accident March of 2023. Filed my gap claim, and when I received notification that they received the final gap payment, my loan still had a balance. Funny cause I thought that gap paid off your remaining balance, right? As most of us would assume. Well, come to find out they have exclusions, and one of them being they don't pay off any remaining principal balance. Oh, well wouldn't that have been nice to know at the beginning??? Paid every month on a car I no longer had until all this got settled just to be left with one more payment how lovely huh?! Screw your sales people for not informing their customers of these so called exclusions. And screw MPP gap claim company. DO NOT GET GAP FROM THIS PLACE!!! Cause you'll be stuck with a bill. Get GAP through your insurance company cause this has been one freaking stressful situation and still left to pay. Scam scam scam

Hello my name is Aaron. I was just recently looking at a Kia EV 6 I was looking at the wind and then I drove the Kia GT and decided that I wanted that vehicle and then once I figure out that I could not get the price range what I wanted for the Kia, EV GT I told him that I no longer want it any of the vehicles as I started to leave the sales manager Brian started to argue with me because I was letting him know that I could just wait January 1 for the tax credit to go to the point of sell knowing that the Kia did not qualify for That I could rather get a Tesla that is cheaper than the Kia EV six buy a wide margin with the point of sale that I qualify for. Than he started To argue with me, saying that you will not get the features on that vehicle because you had to buy every feature on the Tesla . showing that he obviously knows nothing about that vehicle .He further argues with me to try to convince me that I'm only gonna get this deal for this car at this price nowhere else but here and I told him over and over that I did not want his vehicle. He rather argue with me so I decided just to walk out mid interview for the vehicle, this was a horrible experience it further showing why the dealership model is a terrible model and why they will go out of business if this is how they treat the customers when they're looking for a new electric vehicle

Kia Finance is nothing but crooks. My car was wrecked and the insurance was not yet settled and Kia stated they sent a letter to us (which we never received). They have not provided proof of the letter being sent and copies of the phone calls to them as requested when filed a complaint against them with the CFPC. They lie and now have ruined my credit that i have worked hard to get up. They threw the account into a charge off. They stated in 2/2023 they sent a letter because the insurance was all settled. However, if it was settled how did i have to mail them a check from the insurance on 5/8/23??? You have created a severe HARDSHIP on my and my family. I would NOT recommend anyone from getting financing from Kia Finance...go to your bank or anywhere but here!!!!

Camelback Kia had the particular used car I was searching for at the best price in the valley, the lowest mileage too. Scott Sneddon was our salesperson, and he did a great job for us. Finance came through with a very competitive rate. My daughter is very happy with her purchase from Camelback Kia.

BAD BUSINESS AT CAMELBACK KIA & HYUNDAI. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Quick to sell you a car but slow to resolve THEIR mistakes! Update: Months after terrible customer service and poor management communication. I still have yet to receive my replacement plate that Camelback Kia said I would be getting for the returned trade-in. Camelback Kia and Hyundai have a management team full of liars. STEER CLEAR OF THESE DEALERSHIPS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUYERS BEWARE. LOOK ELSEWHERE Update: A few complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau against Camelback Kia. I highly recommend any potential buyers read the complaints and see how poorly they handle their screw ups. Here's the link to their complaints page for easy access: I've also now had to resort to filing a Consumer Complaint with the Attorney General of Arizona, Kris Mayes, as instructed by BBB since CB Kia refuses to resolve my issue. I suggest anyone having issues with them do the same.

Dropped 40k on a brand new Kia sorento for my wife only to be lied to. Promised many things all lies. Don't do business with jacky She promised me a free full tank of gas if I brought it back in to the dealer, called yesterday to take her up on her promise and she told me she never said that. My father and his wife were there with me and both heard the promise. After paying over $38,400 in full she made me feel like a degenerate over a $50 tank of gas and a promise. I was going to take the Sorento in for the tank of gas as promised so I could also buy myself a new car while I was there. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I've never had such a bad experience. Nothing worse than a liar

Camelback Kia used to proved impeccable customer service in the service department. Now, you can't even get a manager to call you back. It took me 4 calls just to make an appointment, and THEN I received a call back because I insisted a message be sent to the Service Manager. I needed an oil change, a tire rotation and a Zactek treatment. When I made the appointment, I also let the person know I had a Kia Service coupon for a $29.95 oil change and engine check. They know my car is a 2022 model but said the coupon would be honored. I also asked for their shuttle service and they said I would only receive a LYFT credit for $10. I would have to pay the rest to LYFT. When I dropped off my car, they said my coupon was no good because I needed "Synthetic oil" and I would have to pay $89.95 for my oil change..... It gets worse from there. So I decided to use a different coupon the dealership emailed me. It included everything I needed to have done for $59.95. Results: I never received the LYFT credit, They tried to charge me $189.for my oil change and tire rotation because they "LOST" my coupon, they ended up charging me $75 (receipt made no sense), the manager was alerted to the problem and has my email and phone number and has yet to call or contact me, CARFAX reached out to me for a review and notified the service department of the issues. Adam, (who I believe is the service manager) wants ME to call HIM. There were 6 employees in the service area when I picked up my car. All were looking at paperwork and ignoring the phones while I was there. I rated them a 2 because they did do the service on the vehicle and it was ready when I went to pick it up.

We lost a days pay of over 200 dollars due to the mechanic who did not tighten up our brake pedal and caused our brakes lights to stay on we had to disconnect the battery over night and go back to kia on camelback Rd Phx az we feel it was there fault and we got it document stating the mechanic fixed
