We lost a days pay of over 200 dollars due to the mechanic who did not tighten up our brake pedal and caused our brakes lights to stay on we had to disconnect the battery over night and go back to kia on camelback Rd Phx az we feel it was there fault and we got it document stating the mechanic fixed

They add all these extra fees and fake add ons. They say they have the car, make you drive 45min and then you get there and nothing... their customer service sucks.
