I was very pleased to have KB Mobile Oil service my motorhome last week. Appointment was easy to arrange with very little wait time. Luke called ahead of arrival, was on time, and finished after only a couple hours. He was professional, experienced, and friendly. No evidence of him after leaving, competitive pricing and very convenient.
This was a 5 star service.

I will continue to use this service and recommend them to many!! Made the appointment over the phone, the person was friendly and gave me a quote of their costs, and got me scheduled for the next day. The technician, Chris, called before coming, letting me know they were on the way, got to my residence, went to work and was done quicker than any other service place I have been. He showed me my air filter, said I still had some time before having to replace it, saving me money right there, and gave a couple more suggestions for my truck. He was personable, friendly and I was completely impressed with this company and the service they provide. You should try them as I am sure they won't disappoint - I'm a customer for life and won't go anywhere else for my oil changes. And he did this in 115 degree weather too! Thank you KB Mobile Oil!!

I have received service from them for two different vehicles, class C Ford F450 v10 gas motorhome / gas Onan 4kw generator and Class A Cummins XCM diesel / diesel Cummins 8kw generator.Both times they have been able to change out the filters, oil and even top off wiper fluid in a timely manner. Not only that, they can explain other maintenance items that may be needed like water condenser filter, air filter, etc.. and inspect other areas of the engine, including checking on chassis greasing.Very experienced, knowledgeable and instills confidence.

Chris was amazing with his customer service & pricing while Luke was amazing with completing my oil change. They both explain everything thoroughly, they are professional with a sense of humor. Good people, good service, good price, same day assistance. I thought I damaged my car by over filing the oil, they reassured me I didn't & fixed it with in an hour of requesting help. My new go to oil change company going forward!!!!

After UHaul somehow let us off the lot with a truck that had the check engine light on, we needed some help shortly into our trip. Kris from KB Mobile Oil saved the day. He worked fast, got us back up and running quickly and provided exceptional customer service. KB mobile oil is awesome. Chris was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable of his trade. He even let me know about the dangers of rodents crawling up into the engine area, wish I never would have known about. For me they were cheaper than going to a brick and mortar store, Not to mention I didn't have to sit on an uncomfortable chair, drinking cheap coffee, and watching reruns of charmed. Luke was friendly and using this service was easy and convenient. He was running behind and called to let me know and made sure it would still work for me. I appreciated that good communication. It also only cost me an extra $5 from what I have paid by going out to get my old changed. I love that they came right to my house and I didn't have to go wait anywhere for an hour. I needed an oil change but I was skeptical of using these big name companies, thinking my parts would go missing, my car wouldn’t be a priority or the work not getting done at all. That’s when it click, find a mobile service that does oil changes, this would eliminate waiting and you would know if your car was work on. I came across KB Mobile and they answered right away, had availability that same day, met me at LA fitness so while I was working out they were taken care of the oil change, very dependable and with the rating they had I payed them upfront and when they were finished brought me my keys and gave me a report of some other things I should get inspected without me having to ask. Also I had took some money out of my purse and gave it to him which was a little extra but when he came in after doing my car he told me that I paid him too much which I appreciate his honesty but I told him it was for a tip. I haven’t had good customer service like this in a long time and I recommend KB Mobile it’s worth it, They are reliable affordable and honest.Service: Oil change
