Hello,I am writing to bring to your attention the matter of outstanding funds owed to our company for the contract work we completed on your behalf.As of the current date, we have yet to receive payment for the services rendered. In order to ensure a timely resolution, I kindly request that all outstanding payments be remitted no later than Friday, January 5, 2024.Failure to meet this deadline WILL compel us to take further action to address this matter. While our preference is to resolve issues amicably, if the deadline is not met with payment, my team and I will be going to every Target store we delivered loads to, and start a non-payment protest. After that is done, I will head to the head office in Frisco, Texas and make sure this matter is dealt with by any means necessary. This is not how business should be operated. I will also report your company to the BBB and any other necessary agencies. If this is not handled, I will get legal advice and file a lawsuit as well.To avoid any further inconvenience, I strongly urge you to expedite the payment process and settle the outstanding amount by the specified date. Our records indicate a comprehensive paper trail of all related communications and completed work, and we expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

Ordered a Rifle Safe from Home Depot on Aug 15. HD website stated delivery by Aug 29. Was in JW's possession by Aug 20. Finally HD website and JW websites stated delivery by Aug 30. Next day stated delivery by Aug 31, then it happened again for delivery on Sep 1 and within a few hours JW website changed delivery date to Sep 3. This is ridiculous. Then was in correspondence with Wendy Diaz at JW, she stated that they're having a terrible time finding a driver to deliver to Yuma Az from Phoenix Az. How is that my problem??? Why take the job if you can't deliver??? I even went to ask her if I could come pick it up and JW pay me... she stated I could come pick it up but made no mention of compensation for me... but you were going to pay the driver (whom you cannot find anyways) but not me??? JW seems awfully shady. So then I reached out to HD for help... they made several attempts to contact JW with no answer and no response. So now HD has escalated this Delivery Management Case. I sure hope JW looses its contract with HD.

Absolute garbage experience. They texted me 4 days ago to say my delivery was coming that day, never showed up. Tried contacting them, nobody picked up the phone, answered texts or responded to voicemails. Get a deliver notice for today, they say they will let me know 30m in advance. I wanted to put it in my garage rather than up the stairs on my patio.They showed up sometime this morning, did not knock or ring the doorbell, no “30m notification” was provided and they left a 350lbs safe in my yard which I now need to drag over to my detached garage. This is ridiculous, if I could move a 300lbs safe I wouldn’t have had it delivered to me.

Absolute worst experience with this company. I have had to reschedule our contractor twice due to company scheduling delivery and not showing up. They are impossible to communicate with despite multiple messages left, complaints, ect. Still waiting fur a call back after another failed delivery, and no show on a given delivery time.

If you are a carrier do not waste your time and money working for this company. They expect you to do their routes on a timely manner but yet they fail to pay like agreed. When you try to get information on your invoices they always have an excuse on why you have not been paid, either due to employee turnover or incorrect rates but there is always an excuse. If you are just starting out on the freight business this is the worst company to start with. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Just trying to look out for future carriers.

Update: i never received my item. 12/22/22..!!!!They came but didn't drop off anything. We took off 4 hours of work = $200, and still don't have what I ordered and paid for on 11/17/22. Tracking said it would be here on 12/02/22. Well, it's 12/05/22 and still do Not have my item.We paid an additional $115 for white glove delivery, and we never got anything. When I tracked it today, it says out for delivery on 12/02/22, which was 3 days ago. Now I have to get the Better Business Bureo involved. Definitely don't use this place for anything!We are out $985 for the item $115 for white glove delivery and $200 of missed work as it never came, and ill lose another $200 of work for whenever they say it's coming, as they continue to ignore our messages.

Oraine was clear and concise when he called to let me know why my delivery was delayed. Where I live there are two entrances and Google maps only showed the most popular. Unfortunately that entrance does not allow for vehicles that are over a certain height and therefore the delivery could not be made last week. He tried calling me but I was unavailable. Today when he called I met him at the entrance and he helped me load the delivery into my truck and even offered to help me unload it at my home. He conducted himself professionally and would definitely do business with his company in the future.

I am very happy with the service we received from Anton Wright and his team. We weren’t home for the delivery and without being asked, they carried and over 500 pound toolbox all the way to our garage door which was down a long steep driveway. That was definitely not expected but so so very much appreciated!!

Horrible communication. They canceled my delivery day off, then rescheduled without asking my availability. I wasn’t able to be home for the new time so I reached out asking for other options. They purely said “We don’t deliver weekends so it will have to be Monday.” I asked what the window options were, what other days were available and was completely ignored. I tried calling and had to leave voicemails. They didn’t bother to tell the driver I couldn’t accept and so he tried to deliver. I still don’t have my vanity, Home Depot hasn’t been any help, and I can’t get anyone to give me definitive information. At this point I am furious and concerned that if I receive my vanity at all, that it will be damaged from being loaded on and off a truck multiple days in a row.

I had two Home Depot orders delivered by JW Logistics in the past month. The first was a 500 pound garage storage system on March 10th and the second was a 250 pound tall garage storage cabinet on April 12th. My experience with both deliveries was simply perfect.Omar made both deliveries, and was very friendly and courteous. The first delivery he made he used a pallet jack to trundle that 500 pound load up our steep driveway and positioned exactly where I wanted it in front of our garage, as it wasn't possible to roll it inside as the garage door clearance was too low. The second delivery he was able to use a two wheeled dolly since this was only a 250 pound load. Omar asked me where I wanted it in the garage as he was able to tilt the load down low enough to clear the garage door and set it upright towards the back of the garage near the storage system I had setup a few weeks ago. This saved me much extra work moving the cabinet into position after unpacking it.I really appreciated Omar's outstanding customer service.

A dreadful experience so far and it's not over yet. A 150 lb item purchased at Home Depot on April 1 was supposed to delivered on April 21. Then April 22, Then April 23, Then April 26. Then April 27. Given that we're leaving our winter home on April 26, I tried to cancel the order with Home Depot. "Sorry, it's out of our hands... it has to be delivered before it can be returned". Calls form Home Depot to JW Logistics went unanswered. Exceptional poor customer service by both JW Logistics (and Home Depot). Update: We stayed in Arizona a couple of extra days... primarily for the reported Apr 27 delivery. Didn't come. When I escalated the call at Home Depot, the very helpful women, Robin, said she couldn't even tell where the shipment was. She refunded my money and said she'd follow up with JW Logistics. I'll follow up with Jim Wright the CEO to express my displeasure.

Omar (driver and deliver man) was great! I have a newborn and I could not answer the door right away. He rang the door bell and put the boxes at front of my garage door. Before he left and when I finally went outside he asked me if I wanted the boxes inside (they were big and heavy). He moved the boxes to inside my garage without problems. Nice guy!

Wendy in the office was very patient and worked around my delays at the construction site! I know they didn’t have to do that, but they did and it was a tremendous relief for me. Julian delivered over 55 cabinets and did it in a timely and professional way. Highly recommended company!
