I recently purchased a transmission pan with transmission filter from JSD Auto Parts on eBay and it was a great success. I was hesitant at first because of the price compared to a major competitor. The competitor has no warranty and JSD Auto Parts has a 1 year warranty. I contacted JSD and gave them my VIN number to verify and it was a match. Once I placed an order and received the part, I immediately installed it with no problems. I installed the transmission pan on a 2014 Dodge Durango limited edition. It has an 8 speed transmission awd. I recommend JSD Auto Parts for good quality, better prices, and warranty on products other competitors don't offer.

They shipped a water pump in a fedex pak. The soft pack. The gasket was ripped and the impeller was bent upon arrival. Why? Why? Why?Now I have to pay the return freight.

These guys are in it for the customer...not for the money.....I had to return an item that I bought and installed before I realized it was not the one that I needed....my fault.......I'd expected a restocking fee and some deduction for minor marks from my installation but they returned all my money and even made my return postage cheaper and more convenient by sending a return label. WOW ! Phoenix is lucky to have JSD.

Make no mistake about it, they are a poorly run company. The reviews you read about sending wrong parts are 100% accurate. I was fortunate to get a response and a replacement, no charge. When it arrived a second time it was identical to the first part, WRONG! The pictures and description were right on the money but they don't send you what's in the picture. I'm amazed they even continue to have an operational business..

Ordered a swivel water neck. They sent just the neck with no base, gasket or bolts. I emailed back and they needed pictures. emailed back and they needed shipping address. they sent another package with gasket and bolts. I emailed back and they need MORE pictures. Sent pictured and now they told me to buy base from local distributer and they will reimburse me. You cannot buy just a base and you would think they would know that. So fed up!

I ordered a rear bumper pad for my vehicle and it arrived broken. I contacted the seller and they said no need to return and to send them pictures and they would issue a refund or replace the item. I sent picture and requested refund and disposed of the item. Then they said to send them pictures because they needed proof because I guess they are assuming I am lying but the issue is I do not have the item anymore since I disposed of it and Ebay was no help. They wanted me to return the item even after a previous ebay agent said no need to just ask the seller again for a refund. I would stay away from this seller, I have opened a claim with my bank to dispute the charge. The rear bumper pad I received from them was not OE quality either it was very cheap plastic. UPDATED: Their was a glitch with eBay and the seller never received the pictures although they were sent. After showing the seller proof screenshots of my email history they quickly refunded my money.
