John has been completely non responsive and avoiding calls and emails. He owes us in numerous overpayments. Absolutely do not use and save yourself a lot of money, time and headache. A year later we’re still trying to get refunded and our policy cancelled.

Worst insurance agent I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Simply will not reply to emails or phone calls and has not refunded me for overpayment in over a year. I cannot even get them to respond to cancel my insurance.
