I've told Janette via phone and twice via email that I've accepted Progressive as a carrier for my auto and home because they are less expensive, have better coverage and have much, MUCH lower deductibles and now she's spamming my email inbox. This would be less of a nuisance if she didn't try hard sell sales tactics and lying to scare me into buying coverage that I do not need, like windshield and roadside assistance. Not cool, Janette.
