If you like to be harassed by people trying to up-sell you over and over again after repeatedly saying no, Jackson’s is the place to be! I was naive and bought into their $245 detail, when all I needed was my mats and seats cleaned. I didn't want exterior, and then they kept asking and gave me a managers discount and I stupidly agreed. I waited two hours with my toddler for a detail and they never even touched my car. No one ever gave me an estimated time. They make you pay before you even have the car cleaned so I felt stuck there with a tired and hungry kid. I finally asked if I could come back another day and took my car and left. I've tried reaching corporate and the actual store to demand a refund but I can't even get ahold of anyone. I didn't receive a service and I need a refund asap.

I have an unlimited membership at another car wash, every few months I’ll stop in here to get the full inside cleaned as I don’t do it myself, and every year a full detail. Went in today to get the wash and interior cleaned, which is 40 dollars, asked if I wanted it to be hand washed as it does have a wrap, which is 60 more, I said no you can run it through the wash, as they have done many times before, paid the 40 and went inside. Few minutes later the guy who checked me in comes to me and says the manager says my car is too low so I would need to have it hand washed, which mind you is 60 more. Confused I said well that’s weird because I’ve been coming here for awhile and it’s always been ran through the wash, I know I’m the weirdo who likes to watch my car go through. I said well just give me a refund I really don’t have time for this. As the manager is giving me the refund he says my cars to low, which I replied I’ve had my car washed here a bunch of times with no issues, car has the standard springs nothing is altered, he replied well we always hand wash it, which is a lie because i literally watch my car go through every time. I may be blonde but I’m not stupid and don’t need to be lied to for you to make your sales quota. Will take both my vehicles to other places.

The team here works hard and is always quick! The location is convenient as well. I have also gotten a free month of washes with a windshield replacement - one stop to do it all, thanks guys!

BEWARE: I went in for a car wash today and they have no prices listed anywhere but i showed the salesman my car and exactly what I wanted and he up sold me to a $50 car wash. He said for $50 he would spot clean the headliner, remove pet hair, clean the mini fridge, wipe everything down and vacuum. When I saw the terrible job that was done I went back around to where the salesman talked to me but he wasn't there so I spoke to the manager who was there. I showed him the mess that was left and told him what I was told I paid for. He first denied everything even though he didn't know what I signed up for. He didn't bother looking it up or find the salesman I spoke to. As I was showing him the mess in person he kept saying "we don't do that" "we don't clean that" even though his salesmen promised me all of those things. He never once held the salesman accountable to what he sold me. It's obvious now their predatory salesman smooth talk customers into paying more and then gaslight you when they don't do what they say they would do. He asked me "what do you want to pay?" Is this corporate's new sales strategy? I felt frustrated the manager was gaslighting me when clearly a terrible job was done and I was straight lied to by the salesman. The manager didn't want to help me and he told me to leave the property. I went back to the office and talked to the cashier. She confirmed I spoke with the manager. Another worker overheard what was going on and offered to help me. I went back to my car with the worker. I saw the manager was still at my car and started yelling at me refusing service and threatening again to call the police so I started recording video on my phone. I'll to send this video to corporate to review once they contact me. Once he noticed I was recording he decided to give me a refund. He called me a Karen several times over the radio saying to give me a refund for "Karen" to try to public humiliate me. I hope he gets the worst service of his life somewhere and when the manager comes bullies him, gaslights him, and threatens the police on him. I did not deserve to be gaslit and bullied by the manager nor threatened to call the police, nor publicly humiliated. Maybe corporate should teach their managers some managerial skills!

Went in today to get a full service detail inside and out. Arrived just before 11am and I was given a wait time of 2-3 hours. I decided to wait nearby, came in at the 2.5 hour mark and they told me it was going to take another two hours, so I ubered back home to wait. I called after two hours and was told they would be done in yet another hour. So i ubered back to the car wash an hour and 15 minutes later, they told me it was going to take 5 more minutes, they just needed to clean the windows. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes before I told them to leave the windows because I had somewhere to be after waiting 6+ hours (when they originally said 3 at most)Not only did I wait a ridiculous amount of time, which would have been fine if they had been upfront about it, but my car is in disappointing shape. There is clearly spots where they sprayed product and did not wipe it up afterwards. Leftover soap on my windshield, and somehow there are crumbs on the floor. My fabric seats feel sticky and the residue sticks to my clothes, shoes, skin.. I paid $250 for this service, plus the cost of ubering, and I’m highly disappointed with what I received.Service: Full body wash

This location beats all the rest of the Jacksons because of the workers Clarissa & her husband, they were able to make my old car look brand new!! They detailed my car inside and out efficiently. They provide additional products for yellow headlight gaskets to give a non yellow look. They are hardworking and done an amazing job detailing and made sure any request I had was met beyond my expectations. If you go here ask for Clarissa or her husband, I guarantee they'll be your go to for detailing too.

I have frequented Jackson’s long before when it was Danny’s. A lot has changed from the types of services offered to the level of service provided from the workers. The quality of the wash and dry service has diminished but the prices have increased over the years. The vacuuming inside is subpar. The dash cleaning is just a quick wipe. The leather conditioner add on is now a $69.99 service. No thank you. No more free 2 week wash for upgrading to VIP Premium add on. The new license plate recognition system is garbage. I have an annual wash pass and the express lane does not recognize it which requires me to enter the main lane each time to be manually added, potentially upsold, and have to wait in the line just to get an express wash. Bad system. The workers now look and act so confused, they argue, and seem to be militantly ordered around by the black shirt supervisors. I will be thinking closely whether or not to renew my wash pass or take my business elsewhere. There are not many options out there for full service car washes. I wish Jackson’s would get it together and bring back the fast pass stickers. I used to get my oil changed but decided to go back to the dealer.Services: Full body wash

BUYER BEWARE. This was sometime back but would like to update and say they ruined my paint on brand new 2022 car when I paid for a $50 *HAND WASH*. Swirls on the whole car. Must have washed it with a dirty mitt or maybe a scrub brush with how bad they scratched the WHOLE CAR. This was the first wash in this car a week after purchasing. I had to pay two get a two step PAINT CORRECTION on this vehicle which was very expensive. I can't believe a company has got away with damaging $$$ so many vehicles and not being held accountable.

Robert and his team at Jackson’s are great! Robert immediately helped me once I pulled up with my car. He popped the hood and told me what the problem most likely was right away. Then I went to Nissan and got an estimate and it was $4000! I called Robert and he laughed at how much they were ripping me off. Robert quoted me $1600 tor all the same services. I’m so happy we went to Jackson’s and everyone there is so kind and has great customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took in my vehicle for a hand wash today and of course I also wanted to have my interior cleaned and vacuumed. I paid $200 for a deep cleaning and a hand wash. I am not a hard customer to please and am very understanding, it’s hot they go through so many cars a day so I didn’t expect it looking like a brand new car. However, your car should not end up looking the same way you took it. Staff was friendly and informative but the service was definitely not worth the price. I will have to get it done once again ?

Do not take them up on the windshield repair! They try to push this on you when you go in for a car wash. I took them up on this and my car insurance with State Farm went up by $15 the next month! The guy at Jackson's will show you a sign that says " in the state of AZ insurance companies cannot take your rate up if you claim for a new windshield." This is not true. I called my insurance company and they said this law changed in 2016.I did not need a windshield replacement as I only had a nick in my windshield. Now I have higher car insurance.Services: Auto windshield repair
