if you like to be harassed by people trying to up-sell you over and over again after repeatedly saying no, jackson's is the place to be! I was naive and bought into their $245 detail, when all I needed was my mats and seats cleaned. I didn't want exterior, and then they kept asking and gave me a managers discount and I stupidly agreed. I waited two hours with my toddler for a detail and they never even touched my car. No one ever gave me an estimated time. They make you pay before you even have the car cleaned so I felt stuck there with a tired and hungry kid. I finally asked if I could come back another day and took my car and left. I've tried reaching corporate and the actual store to demand a refund but I can't even get ahold of anyone. I didn't receive a service and I need a refund asap.

The team here works hard and is always quick! The location is convenient as well. I have also gotten a free month of washes with a windshield replacement - one stop to do it all, thanks guys!

BEWARE: I went in for a car wash today and they have no prices listed anywhere but i showed the salesman my car and exactly what I wanted and he up sold me to a $50 car wash. He said for $50 he would spot clean the headliner, remove pet hair, clean the mini fridge, wipe everything down and vacuum. When I saw the terrible job that was done I went back around to where the salesman talked to me but he wasn't there so I spoke to the manager who was there. I showed him the mess that was left and told him what I was told I paid for. He first denied everything even though he didn't know what I signed up for. He didn't bother looking it up or find the salesman I spoke to. As I was showing him the mess in person he kept saying "we don't do that" "we don't clean that" even though his salesmen promised me all of those things. He never once held the salesman accountable to what he sold me. It's obvious now their predatory salesman smooth talk customers into paying more and then gaslight you when they don't do what they say they would do. He asked me "what do you want to pay?" Is this corporate's new sales strategy? I felt frustrated the manager was gaslighting me when clearly a terrible job was done and I was straight lied to by the salesman. The manager didn't want to help me and he told me to leave the property. I went back to the office and talked to the cashier. She confirmed I spoke with the manager. Another worker overheard what was going on and offered to help me. I went back to my car with the worker. I saw the manager was still at my car and started yelling at me refusing service and threatening again to call the police so I started recording video on my phone. I'll to send this video to corporate to review once they contact me. Once he noticed I was recording he decided to give me a refund. He called me a Karen several times over the radio saying to give me a refund for "Karen" to try to public humiliate me. I hope he gets the worst service of his life somewhere and when the manager comes bullies him, gaslights him, and threatens the police on him. I did not deserve to be gaslit and bullied by the manager nor threatened to call the police, nor publicly humiliated. Maybe corporate should teach their managers some managerial skills!

BUYER BEWARE. This was sometime back but would like to update and say they ruined my paint on brand new 2022 car when I paid for a $50 *HAND WASH*. Swirls on the whole car. Must have washed it with a dirty mitt or maybe a scrub brush with how bad they scratched the WHOLE CAR. This was the first wash in this car a week after purchasing. I had to pay two get a two step PAINT CORRECTION on this vehicle which was very expensive. I can't believe a company has got away with damaging $$$ so many vehicles and not being held accountable.

I needed air for 1 tire. A person came over and told me to go to the last bay and someone would help me. I waited at least 15 min then gave up. Won’t return for any service, it’s a waste of time.

Always get all great cleaningI have gone to Jackson's with a few of my vehicles and have never had a bad experience. My vehicle is always ckean and the staff are always friendly and accomdating.The carwash is usually busy but they always seem to get my vehicle in and out fairly quickly.Great service, reasonable prices, and a great wash.

This place is terrible. I turned my car off, paid for a wash, dry and vacuum, and returned to find that whoever turned the car on and drove through the car wash didn't bother to make sure that the antenna wasn't up or that the radio wasn't on. This is their job. I left it with the antenna down and the radio off and the car off, and they should have checked, since they're in the business of washing cars, and making sure that they return them to the owners in the same condition that they were left in. When I spoke to the manager, he couldn't have cared less, and wouldn't even give me a refund of my $20. Do not come here - - they are terrible.

My wife was at the gas station today February 14th at 345pm and the clerk was totally RUDE. If you have an attitude like that, you have NO business working with customers. I'd suggest you work at a morgue or funeral home.

I have been here three times now and it was an unpleasant experience today. My car was still dirty with bugs and dirt when I left. My window tint had new scratches from towels (which I saw being picked up from the ground and likely collecting rocks). My front bumper still had bugs and dirt all over as well as mud on the side which the guy who detailed my car managed to wipe all over and then wipe off only creating more scratches since it wasn't removed in the first place. One of my wheels was missing tire shine as well. I asked the guy if he would rectify some of the issues started above and he did two quick things and then promptly moved into drying the car behind me with his earplugs in using the rags he just wiped mud off my car with. Ontop of this my mats were not secured back to the floor as they were when I came in and my gas pedal was obstructed upon my leaving and my wheel wells were still extremely muddy. Not worth $30 and a $5 tip whatsoever.

My mom Maria took her car to be serviced for the transmission oil on the recommendation of the mechanics there and they damaged her transmission. After many conversations and trips to this location, they ended up lying to get out of this legal mess. We had to take the car to the dealer, where they fixed their mess and charged us $8,000 out of pocket. The representative of this company, Scott, lied to get out of fixing the damages. Please do not get your car serviced here! Do not sign anything they give you. This is not a reliable or honest establishment.

*WARNING* This is a criminal enterprise (1954 E Highland Avenue). DO NOT entrust your vehicle to the this location. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Your employees stole from me, Jacksons Car Wash. I am appalled and offended. I feel victimized and unsafe just at the sight of your logo. I always store cash in my center console (for valet and tip)--in fact, I had just replenished my stash yesterday. I looked down to observe it as I was exiting my vehicle to tell the attendant that my keys where in the car. When I picked up my vehicle after my sub-standard "VIP" wash, I immediately noticed that all of the cash was gone. Upon complaining, the supervisor on duty belligerently told me that "his supervisor was cleaning my car personally and would not have done that. I can check the cameras, if you want, but....". His lack of effort to empathize/offer any support whatsoever is suspicious. I feel F****** VIOLATED by you people and I am truly disgusted at the sham, criminal enterprise that you are running. With boldest conviction, I implore you, consumer, to find another location to take care of your automotive needs. Yikes, what a nefarious business.

5 starts for Mason, Matthew and Tyron. Gilbert location has it together. ** The Highland location however is a nightmare I endured for 2 years. Here's why: Highland location: A monthly paying member for over 2 years... but I'm done due to extreme incompetency. Most recently putting the wrong octane gas in my LandRover. Then 9.9 out of 10 visits level of detail work is quite poor from vacuuming, to wiping water off basic places like inside doors to even not wiping windows properly... and always, always 9.9 out of 10 have to get it re-vacuumed. Add rudeness to the mix by employees at the beginning of the line, to rotating managers the Highland location is a disaster. THAT SAID... I have to commend some of the guys/gals at the end of the line who would shake their heads and did all they could to make it right. BTW... called their business office... still waiting to hear back. But again KUDDOS - 5 ***** to the Gilbert location... now those guys have it together. *Mason for example -tho I canceled my membership- listened and got me to use a $200 detailed I had paid for at Highland but was gonna let go just not to set foot on Highland again. Not worth going home upset after every visit.. So Gilbert is taking care of and making up for Highlands incompetents. Unfortunately I do not live in Gilbert. So thank you Highland location... membership cancelled... Adios!!! .
