This place used to be a terrific location to pull in and take your car through for a thorough wash on the outside. And if you had the time for a full service wash, they do a nice job. Now they've changed their program and you can only pull through and get a quick car wash if you're a member. Otherwise you're stuck in a long line of people waiting to talk to somebody who gives you a hard sales pitch. It's too bad, this used to be a great car wash, but we won't be going back anymore.

Seems like a clean store with car wash besides the strange man who works there who commited a mildly, vulgar act last time I was in there.

I want to like this place but they need a change in management or something. While the people who work there are kind, the expectation of how to clean a car, is just off. Maybe it is lack of pride in workmanship, or lack of adequate pay to want to do a good job, but they just do not do a thorough job of cleaning a vehicle. I always have to vacuum my car again and the wash is not complete. There is leftover debris (dog hair, etc.) on the inside and dirt on the outside and that just seems unacceptable for a car wash business. They literally have one job; to clean a car and the quality is just lacking.

The auto dept.was very helpful. Sean & Shane checked & diagnosed d problem of my car after I saw the "check coolant & stop d car for safety" thanks guys! Felt safer driving when I left.

I like the car wash but the air hose is ALWAYS broken. It's a shell station in the Jackson store & car wash but it never is fixed. Stopped in an emergency and out of lunch again today.

They have a great selection of food and drinks, including fresh food. Very nice cashiers also!

If you like a slow inefficient car wash then this is your place. Their new Point of Sale computer system has made the car washing experience even less desirable. They also changed their full service system to one you drive through, I assume in an effort to improve the actual speed of getting your car washed. I don't think that is the outcome they are getting. I have bought their annual pass every year for about 7 years and I'd say the service and quality has gone down over the seven years. They closed their store and went cashless and next I'd expect to see them go with actual workers. It seems like a text book case of what not to do if you own and run a car wash. I hope things improve soon!

Liked it before. New system for monthly pass holders does not work making it a hassle to get a wash. They also took away most of the vacuums. I think they only value full service.

I have used this car wash for awhile and have been marginally satisfied. They have now changed the process which is totally unfriendly and burdensome in the customer. The employees are rude and act like the customer isn't important. The wash was done poorly. I tried to talk to the manager and he was not interested in my opinion. I'm done going here.

Been going here for years. Was always a great car wash business. Today was terrible. Will never come back. When I pay for a $30+ full service car wash, that's what I expect. I was harassed upon arrival about my windshield and was so uncomfortable even after saying no. Then had to drive my car through the wash like a cheap $5 car wash instead of going inside the nice lobby as usual. Terrible. If I wanted a cheap $5 wash I would go to a cheap place. I wish I could get my $30+ back. Oh not to mention they only take card now when I used to always pay cash inside and wouldn't honor my online coupon. Trash. Take your business elsewhere.

I think this will be my last time here. Been coming for years. I get they are busy and short handed but I had a few cars that got there after me and were through the vacuum line faster. They don't pay attention to who comes first. The people who sell could be helping out those who vacuum to make it go faster. Then you have the line of people just there for a wash. They really should have a separate car wash for them. I have been here an hour already and still waiting. Out in the area where they dry the cars there is just about 3-4 people. Again sales people should be up here helping. I realize there is inflation but prices went up as well by around $5 for each wash. You would hope with any price hike that service wouldn't go down this much and the wait wouldn't be so much longer. Last time the vacuum line took a long time too but at least they had more people by the dry area. Not worth the prices when having to wait so long. Adding this in after the fact. I realized driving home that they pushed my side mirrors in and didn't pull them back out so I couldn't use the side mirrors. If I rolled down my driver side window to push out the left mirror there would be a streak since it was just washed. Luckily I only needed to change lanes once. Yes I could have checked myself when I left but you would think you wouldn't have to worry about that.

This used to be a fast and efficient car wash. I was in the vacuum line for 15 mins. The dude is trying to sell me a wax and they don't even have enough people to get it thru the wash. Got VIP wash and they didn't even do the insides of the windows. This wash will take 45 mins at least! Ridiculous! I gave two monthly passes. I'll be finding a new car wash!
