Taxes always cause a lot of anxiety. This is the first year I have ever used Jackson Hewitt and it was the easiest tax season ever. I will definitely be using them again next year.

We dropped our paperwork off. They made sure we had everything in order and finished up. They called us in to sign and it was that easy. We will use them again.

Most impersonal experience I've ever had. All they wanted was what they what they could see on paper before asking a single question, would could have prevented me from sitting there for an unnecessary amount of time.

Very easy to set up appointment on line. Tax rep was knowledgeable and whatever she was not sure of she consulted with someone more senior to make sure she was accurate. Provided me with paperwork I needed and advice to prepare me for next tax year.
