I would give this store 0 stars if possible. Store is an absolute mess, staff is senseless and incompetent. They’re unaware of items they do/do not carry in their own store. The red-head working the counter specifically was rude; she had absolutely no taste — in her personal style — as well as no taste in how to welcome a paying customer, so she can make enough money to purchase scrunchies or whatever she had going on in the frizz chaos. Overall, stick to online for convenience and wonderful customer service. ✌?

AWFUL customer service. They made me and a woman in front of me--who was pregnant and had a toddler--wait for 15 mins at the register while they chit chatted folding shirts. Then, they took forever to exchange the pregnant woman's purchases moving at a sloth's pace. Once they finally got to me, they told me that my J Crew Factory purchase couldn't be returned since it's not a factory store--even though my return slip specifically said I could return it at any stores.

My wife and I visited this store yesterday. It is a small venue stocked with ample inventory. I prefer to see clothing in person as opposed to ordering online due to variations in color, quality, and size. The manager, Ann, and her male co-worker were very attentive. They held items for us as we shopped and also assisted in retrieving the correct size for us that wasn't on display. We were very impressed with their professional and thorough customer service skills as well as the outstanding quality of johnnie-O apparel. We will definitely bring our business to this brand in the future.

Just want to acknowledge what a great experience I had interacting with Gwen Singer who is the assistant manager at this store! She went above and beyond to help me locate a favorite item of mine. It has been many years since I last encountered a retail associate who was so extraordinarily helpful.

This is my very favorite J Crew store! Super helpful staff and a great selection. I bought a lot of cute clothing for my beach vacation. Love their 60% off section and found a number of things. Great experience!!

Wow! We were so impressed with the staff at this location yesterday! They went out of their way to help us with product selection and coordination. So friendly and helpful. We loaded up on summer wear and felt like we got some really nice clothes for a reasonable price. They offered to ship a couple of items to our home free because they weren't in stock at the store.

I've been to multiple J Crew stores over the years and this has been the only negative experience I've ever had. The younger woman working today (4/24/23) treated me fine, but the older lady was extremely rude/dismissive. She was kind to others in the store so I couldn't help but feeling it was homophobic as I was leaving. This experience has changed my entire thought about the J Crew brand.

I went here with a friend today, as she had a few items to return. Beautiful store, horrid employee we encountered. As we walked in to get in line, we felt scolded by an older woman with brown curly hair. She snapped at us to go around the table and get behind the last couple in line. They only had one register open because the other registers were down. Service was SLOW! The grouchy older woman continued to walk by and give dirty looks and make excuses as to why the wait was so long. We were not interested in her curt demeanor or the excuses. We had 3 people in line ahead of us. When another woman came in for her shift, she was able to get a hand held device to immediately jump in and start assisting guests in line. How easy was that! It doesn't matter how beautiful your store is if your rude employees kill the vibe...please counsel this woman so other shoppers don't have to feel the way that we did. It appears by your reviews from today that Niko had a bad experience with this same woman.

A vast majority of their sales reps seem very nice, but there are one or two who really cause a stir. So much so I walked out. It always seems as though the team is getting their heads on straight at all times. Feels almost chaotic! I have loved their clothes and their deals but this location must see that their behavior makes for an unwelcoming experience.One older rep, shorter with curly brown hair, asked me to move out her way to stock a rack I was looking at. I have no problem moving out ones way, but she said it rather aggressively not once but twice with no please or apology. Just a very quick "excuse me!" with a hand full clothes on hangers. Proceeded to do the same thing to my wife as well. She kind of just zips and zags throwing herself around, giving her uninvited opinion on peoples clothing choices, many of which are rather negative. Thought that was very odd. One occasion, I got in line with a sweatshirt I found to be cheaper online, hoping they would price match. She approached me and asked what I selected. I said the sweatshirt and asked her if they price matched. She told me "I doubt it is cheaper than what we have in store". I just politely told her I just pulled it up with the item number and found it was $50 cheaper. She went to say, well in order to receive that I would have to stay in the long line that I was already in. Found it all just super socially awkward. That perhaps she didn't want me to buy anything.I would usually lean into the idea that maybe it is me having a bad day. However, with each experience I catch the eyes of other customers who too are overwhelmed by the staffs behavior, this woman's in particular.I hope they can see this, and make the adjustments necessary.
