This p,a e not intelligent NOR quick!! They take forever out of Vegas, no management at all, nobody can find a package, or the driver who was supposed to deliver it. Who is running this asylum??

I ordered a hall tree on Hayneedle. I also blame them for this craziness and would never order from them again. This company is a bunch of liars. Right now it is the 4th day I am waiting for the delivery. 1st day, I received an email which asked me to select a day for delivery. I waited all day on August 6th with no response. Then I was told they weren't sure why I received the email and I had to wait for the dispatcher to call. After numerous calls, the dispatched called and said they would be here last Thursday. Waited all day and at 4:30pm I called and they said the truck broke down. The Friday waited all day again. I called at 12 and was told no problem it would be here. At 4:30 I called again and was told they forgot to put it on the truck and they would look into it and call me Monday morning. No call yesterday so I called Hayneedle and asked for a discount or I would cancel. I was on hold for over a 1/2 hour and was told they deliver in my area Thursday and Friday. I was not offered a discount so I cancelled the order and was told I would get a refund. This morning the dispatcher called again and said "honey" I personally witnessed them putting the box on the truck and it would be there today. It is 4pm and I am still waiting. I still did not see a refund on my credit card so I figured I would give them one more chance. Hayneedle and Intelliquick are both terrible companies.

This delivery company is a huge joke! They schedule a delivery and then don't bother to keep the appointment. Then, they send the product back to the freight depot and reject it so that another carrier will have to make the delivery!! And once you call them to get the status, they deny any knowledge of their involvement even though the freight company gives you their phone number to check on the status of delivery because their freight records show Intelliquick as the final carrier. Instead, they say, "Call the previous freight company and ask them where they dropped-off your item, 'cause we don't have it." What a joke!

Do not work for this company. They do not care about their employees one bit. Constantly threatening termination on “blackout” days they choose at random. Withholding a promised bonus from Amazon from their Salt Lake City delivery drivers. Scummy company.Almost a year later and they still have my money.

We use IntelliQuick for our service and they are incredible. Super friendly drivers/delivery people (Shout out to PAT!) and the customer service office is great! (Shout out to Kristie). We have been so impressed with all of them and are grateful for such good service.Linda from VetPath Services

Don't work here. They lost a contract and then stole all PTO and paid sick leave on top of a earned bonus gifted by Amazon for COVID-19. They are a predatory company and do not care about their employees at all.

Shipper told me I'd receive the package at home on a Wed. Got a call from someone on Thursday, evidently, to schedule delivery but my vm was full because I wasn't expecting a call. Shipper texted me Thursday lay night that I needed to call an outfit called Estes. Estes told me to call IntelliQuick. IQ was friendly but tile earliest delivery was the following Tues. I opted to pick up at their location. Was tile it would be ready when I got there. When I showed up, they looked for an hour and couldn't find it. Was about to give up when the guy looking looked down at his feet and it was right there. He was very apologetic and said it wasn't in the right spot. Nice people, seemed very very unorganized though witnessing the action first hand.

Mainly deal with pharmaceutical deliveries but also deliver to commercial and residential. They can handle any size order. They are ok at what they do. There are probably better options out there.

I wish there would be a no star option. I was contacted by Cindi through email to schedule a job interview. I arrived on time, other people were still going inside and as soon that she saw I was latino, she shut the door on me and wouldn’t even let me in for the interview. I will be filing a claim with the state for discrimination. As you can see I’m not the only bad review posted.

Drivers are completely disrespectful of everyone else. looking at a truck in the handicap parking spot right now. Always blocking parking lots with the longer than normal trucks.

I manage a storage facility this company delivered to one of our tenants. We have had to evict the tenant because this company had no respect for our facility. The would leave pallets everywhere, drivers would back into buildings, and the final straw was when they ran into an RV parked on the property. They refused to pay for damages. So if your in the storage industry, I would not let these guys anywhere near your business!
