I was desperate on the weekend and showed up Monday with no appointment; they came through beautifully!
Late Saturday, my "Maintenance: Oil" light began flashing and wouldn't turn off. I thought about trying a drive-thru oil-change place but hoped I could get into Inman on Monday and avoided any driving until early morning.
They were SO comforting and accommodating; giving me a ride home so I could work from there (I'd come prepared to hang out in the lobby) and then gave me a ride back to pick up the newly oil-changed car. Absolutely wonderful service!

Took a vehicle in and unfortunately, they stated that the vehicle would cost me about $1300 to get fixed in regards to a fuel pump and in all honesty it was only a simple O-ring $17 to fix it when I brought the information to Jeff’s attention he really did not seem concerned or surprised did not even offer an apology. This shop has been used by my family for many years and I’m very saddened to have to write this bad review a simple. I’m sorry when speaking to the owner probably would’ve prevented this review, but the fact that he did not really seem bothered by it or surprised by the misdiagnosis Made me feel that I needed to write this review and bring some attention.

Jeff and crew consistently provide stellar service, fair prices, great way of explaining the work necessary and also lets you know what might need to be done soon. Couldn't be happier to recommend Inman to anyone... our entire family's cars are serviced there. The BEST.

Inman mis-diagnosed our car. They estimated a repair costing over $550.00. The actual problem was the gas cap. It cost under $20.00 and took about 5 minutes to replace.

Another triumph ! Prompt, affordable remedy to my ancient VW leaking fuel. Hoping Patrick remains in place for as long as possible, although some of us do not foresee retiring, now that we are thoroughly broken in.

Inman mis-diagnosed my car. They gave an estimate of over $550.00 to repair a check engine light. The problem was the $20.00 gas cap.

I drive by this location everyday, the day I need something done for my vehicle I get the worst customer service. Called in asking for a quote/pricing for their service and the answer I get "I have 3 people on hold, I don't have time to answer your question and I have a full garage" I proceeded to ask him if he thinks they'll have time later in the week he says "yes but can't help" Either these people don't know how to gain business or they truly don't care. I suggest going to a different shop if they are "too busy" to help someone answer a simple questions they may over look simple maintenance procedure that could cause more issues for your vehicle. All I needed was a Coolant Flush was willing to wait for them.

Jeff and the rest of his crew I've always taken good care of us and are very fair on their pricing and very honest as well. That's very hard to find in this day and age.

Only have been recently taking my husband and I's cars here but my first impression has been beyond amazing. As a women I have always felt like car mechanics have always used large words that I didn't understand to get me to say yes to high cost to fix my car. The mechanics here have always made it easy for me to understand what they were fixing, why they were fixing it, and at a cost they always seemed reasonable . I have always been loyal to my mechanics until shown otherwise. So far I am highly impressed and would recommend.

Came in with diagnosis from my regular mechanic, Inman basically told me the same thing, when I knew it was deeper electrical issue. I should have taken it straight to Elliotts. Charged $200 for the same diagnosis I came in with and slick talking salesman. Sorry, but not willing to pay the $1600+to change plugs and cables.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
