Bought a new champion swamp cooler earlier this summer and found that the pads are only held in by three thin pieces of metal which don’t actually work. Found this site and they are the only place I found that carries the traditional pad retainers. Ordered over the weekend and came extremely fast and work great!

Theae guys are fabulous! I had a cooler that was only made for a year. No one carried replacement pads! Took my panels in so they could help with something that would work. After several options and about 45 minutes they came up with a media I could use! When this season is done I'm scrapping this old piece of junk and buying new from these guys! A+ service!

These guys are amazing. had an issue with the part which could have happened through the shipping company. they we're on the ball and followed up and sent me a replacement within a few days. no hassle at all. it's great company with great pricing and excellent products.

Indoor Comfort brought my rental house up to code for a very affordable cost. They diagnosed leaks in CO2 and gas from the Very Old furnace. They ensured my tenant's safety and installed the next day. I highly recommend Indoor Comfort for those of us with old and out of code furnaces!

I live in Colorado and neither of the big box stores here carried all the parts for my swamp cooler. I was able to find them all on Indoor Comfort's website, they have great pricing, and the best part was they had a diagram of my unit so I could easily find the parts I needed. Ordered Thursday and the parts got here Sunday. Everything was packed well and in perfect shape.

Excellent place to go for all your cooler needs. I had to get custom cut 12" celldec pads and they were cut absolutely perfect. Didn't even need styrofoam filler. They had my previous order on file so they were able to give me exactly what I needed. Can't say enough good things about this business.

AC went out on a Friday night. After doing some research and testing a few parts I found out my contactor was bad. Early Saturday morning I couldn't find the part I needed anywhere I gave these guys a call. Before making the 45 min drive. I got my part. I came back home made my repair and now my system is running nice and cool. Thank you guys.No nonsense or any bs just straight to business that's what I like.For the people who left bad reviews. They most likely did not do the homework to find out what part they needed...

Thank you so much for the help!!! The repair company wanted $1400 for a motor replacement that you helped me complete for $200 and an hour or so of work. I'll be back, but hopefully not for a while.

Horrible customer service. My AC unit stopped working as I had a part that was failing. instead of trying to work with the me to find a solution or show some effort to help, they spent almost no effort and it seemed like they were more comfortable with an empty store instead of helping the only customer that walked in. With that customer service, it is no wonder the place looks like it is going under.
