Quickest unloading ever! With 3 trucks ahead of me, I still got in and out in about 25 minutes.
One star less only because it's incredibly tiny for the traffic they get. Tight turnaround space to back into your dock. But other than that, it's a great place with friendly people.

Easy in easy out. Good delivery. Receiving starts at 0730, but we got here around 0715, and there was already getting unloaded. It looks like there's some parking around the corner on S. 18 Place.
