Jose at Hyatt car company has taken such good care of my used car needs that I bought a second car from this place. The staff was very helpful and put me in a car that meets by budget and runs well. The car is not all dented or an embarrassment to drive. Go and get your car if you want a low down payment and reasonable financing. For those of us with credit challenges, this is the place to start getting it back. They report your payments to credit bureau and scores improve with your on time monthly payment. No bi weekly calls for money.

I really wanted to be able to leave a good review. I went to Hyatt Car Company to look at a Santa Fe. The ad said the car had been well-maintained. The man who helped me was friendly and didn't pressure me. The car seemed in good condition at the time, and seemed to drive well, so I decided to buy it.Then, I took it in to get an oil change and some brake pads. That's when the issues arose.Not only was there a rack and pinion leak, and not only had someone thrown new brake pads on old, bad rotors, but the car wasn't even safe to drive on the road. Apparently, it had bad control arms, which could very easily fail and cause a dangerous accident. I was advised by several mechanics not to drive it until it was fixed.I can understand and take responsibility for buying a car without realizing it would need costly repairs, such as the rack and pinion, but a potentially deadly defect is another story. Anyhow, I didn't learn about the used car lemon laws until it was too late. Live and learn.

This place has some quality used cars! They've been in business for lots of years! The car I bought was high mileage but it has lasted me double the miles I bought it with and still running. Hyatt does not disappoint!
