Filing was relatively quick and easy. One minor concern was tax pro had to ask me several times for information (such as how I wanted to pay, for banking information, etc) even though I had already filled all of this out before starting the process. Beyond that the tax pro was fine. My major concern was cost. I have only filed with a tax pro twice now just for the security of having my simple (no itemized deductions) return filed as I get so nervous self filing. However, this process that should take a tax pro maybe 5 minutes to file cost me almost 17% of my return, that is too much. Next year I will seek lower cost filing or self file again.

Waited to long and fee was to much and they made a mistake and I will never file with H&R block again . So I suggest people can go to another tax preparer not H&R if you really want your money back we were charged $300. Just to file and the prepare just wasn't in a good mood,she didn't speak well with her English was hard to understand her and the H&R themselves made a mistake on the loan in November and now we have to deal with that.

Most definitely will be returning to Sandra to file my taxes She has done my taxes for three years and I will continue to go too her and recommend her to friends and family for her services. A true diamond and a keeper for H\\u0026R Block and a great tax expert!
