I used to file my taxes with Verda for years and then she became a manager so I couldn’t file my taxes with her anymore. I wish all employees at this office were like here. The person who originally helped me was trying to get me in and out of the office. She made me feel very uncomfortable when she has stated I needed to give her an amount to pay the IRS back every month. So I walked out. I didn’t file my taxes on time so I called the office to get all of my stuff back since they kept it all and didn’t try to keep me as a client. Then months later, I called again to see if someone could help me with my situation and they said they could but it wasn’t great customer service that offered compassion and empathy for my situation. Rating a 3 because of the lack of good customer service. I would rate a 5 for Verda though.

Maria Acosta was the best person I could have ever imagined to handle my taxes. She made it easy and really helped me understand what I was doing. I love this branch! Highly recommend asking for Maria or any of the lovely tax professionals here.

Worst experience ever, came to do my taxes with Cynthia Yazzie. She was not professional at all, poor customer service. Made me feel like I lack knowledge, she told me I should be more educated on how taxes work, so I decided to leave and go somewhere else. Also, online it stated I would pay $80 and they were charging me $200 so I told her to make the change and I had an additional coupon of $25 so I told her to deduct it and she was like I'll use this coupon for someone else since you’re already paying $75, literally not her decision to make. Never coming back.
