If I could give no starts I would. After my experience here I will never use H&R Block again. I paid for my federal taxes to be done since I had attempted it on my own and thought I was doing something wrong (turns out I wasn’t). I paid for them to e-file my taxes and left. Turns out she never filed my taxes, and when I called to get this resolved all I got was “I can’t help you” and no helpful information on how to get it resolved. The only advise I got was to come in Friday night and wait; they wouldn’t allow me to schedule an appointment or leave my information for the person who filed my taxes to contact me. The app is useless, there is no way to contact anyone except to call the location. Absolutely terrible. I can’t imagine what it would be like for someone who would need help in the event of an audit, probably the same “I can’t help you”. Don’t waste your money here, there are much better companies.Update: I called the number provided below and after an hour of being on hold with different people answering and routing me to “someone else who can help” again I was told they can’t help me. STAY AWAY, this place is awful and useless and has caused me so much stress.
