Very unprofessional, Juan Bandera made it seem like he did not want to file my taxes. Bandera complained the whole time I was there, I ended up taking my paperwork with me and left. I do not recommend his services to anyone.

Elizabeth Márquez and Sasha are unprofessional and should not work at HnR block, because for one they don't try and help customers with the service's that they are unsigned or they just don't know what they are doing, the service's that I paid for are still incomplete and it's been well over six months, no one has followed up or anything it's ridiculous!!!!
