After a week of attempts to confirm appointment with Ramon Vasquez (This office chooses not to answer their phone) I contacted the corporate customer service and spoke with Kennedy. Kennedy informed me Mr Ramon cancelled all his appointments today with no txt,call or email to inform us. No communication no offer to reschedule…clearly no apology for wasting our time unprofessional, Uncomcerned, Rude

I called and scheduled an appointment on a Monday, they got me in on Wednesday with Sue. The lady who answered was polite and helpful. Sue was amazing, can't say a negative word about her. Very knowledgeable and got my taxes finished in a timely (but not rushed) manner. Could not recommend this location enough to get your taxes done. I'll be back next year.
