“Only stayed here due to American Airlines delaying my flight. If I ever come back this way definitely would consider this hotel.Rooms: Had a nice sized refrigerator. “Stayed in 2 adjoining rooms, the space was great: full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths.
There were a few issues, including a washing machine drain hose which leaked all over the kitchen.. the staff came promptly to fix / clean it up. Then, there was a water main issue and we lost water for a number of hours.
However, the hotel is in a great location, very close to highway / shopping centre Desert Ridge. Old town Scottsdale ~20 mins drive.
The lobby was quite small. Lots of activities to do within the hotel, pools, volleyball, table tennis, gym etc.”

“The BEST part of the hotel in my opinion is the BED! It was super comfortable — along with the pillows and bedding. I slept like a baby the whole time. The bathroom area was very nice and felt chic and modern. The view was also incredible. I also have to mention that the staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable the whole stay. The front desk gentlemen even grabbed me a water upon arrival before I went to my room. If all that isn't enough, the location is AMAZING and is in the heart of downtown Phoenix.”

“Stayed for fan fusion, not too far away from the convention center. Beautiful old building with stone work design. Also has a breakfast buffet, bar, and a roof top lounge. The room was comfy, clean and quiet. It has a sushi place on the first floor, across the street is an Irish pub and Mexican restaurant.
Rooms: Glowing mirror in the bathroom, marble tile, basic shower/tub. Deep drawers, comfy beds, TV, Keurig, fridge, microwave.
Walkability: Easy shaded walking, garage is close.
Food & drinks: Large verity of food styles in a block or less.”

The manager, Matthew, was extremely helpful, and was willing to give me an early check in and late check out to accommodate my flight/travel schedule, which I was very grateful for after long travel. The room was clean and had a great layout. Perfect location as across the street is a Walmart, Starbucks, and great restaurants.”
“Love staying at this hotel! The rooms are airy and bright with mid-century modern furnishing. Boozy popsicles upon check-in, and a poolside bar with fun drinks and food. The location is great and is next to a cafe, restaurant, bookstore/bar, and Cartel coffee.

“Customer service was 100%! The room, although oddly shaped, was clean and modern (but didn’t have USB plugins). The bed was hard, but, surprisingly, we slept well. Breakfast had a good selection (including fresh pancakes made right in front of you), although some items (coffee and biscuits) were cold. Overall, definitely recommend staying here!”
“We had spent several days camping in the wilderness, so we decided to splurge at the Westin for the last night of our trip. To say this was a great decision is an understatement.
The location is fantastic, with restaurants close by and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars on Roosevelt Row.
The service was absolutely stellar, especially Drew at the front desk. He took care of all of our needs both at the hotel and for recommendations in the area. He also searched his inventory and upgraded our room, which was an unexpected treat. Having an oversized room after a week in a tent made for a great last day of vacation, and I have Drew and the Westin to thank for that.”
“My partner and I wanted to splurge for a special anniversary celebration and it was absolutely amazing! This hotel is a gem - from the uniquely designed space to the spotlessly clean rooms equipped with thoughtful amenities like a fridge and Keurig. The AC was a dream, offering us respite from the outside heat, and the views from our rooms were absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn't have been better; it truly added to the overall experience.
And let's talk about the staff - they were outstanding! From the warm welcome to going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, they truly knocked it out of the park. Imagine our delight when we found out that all our rooms were ready early; talk about starting the celebration off on the right foot!
While there was a slight hiccup with our cabana reservation but it was resolved the issue swiftly turning what could have been a disappointment into a perfect solution.
The pool bartender's dedication shone through as she single-handedly catered to a bustling crowd with grace and efficiency.
I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our special weekend so memorable!”

“This BW in Phoenix is located slightly north and yet very central to the city. It has good and larger rooms. We took ours away from the pool and the street to have peace and quiet. The location and the mountain view are beautiful to look at. The pool was well equipped with loungers and towels, as well as chairs and tables as well as umbrellas. There is also seating for a beer or wine in the evenings after pool hours. Reception and service there were top. There is also a large area for breakfast. The breakfast is very good, every day scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals and various decorations (chocolate pieces) to go with them. Of course also flakes, toast, muffins and yoghurt. We would include this BW in our planning the next time we visit Phoenix. The only downer is the somewhat high price per night.
Rooms: big and clean

Safety: good location in a slightly more upscale area.
Walkability: Unfortunately there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.

“I had a great stay. Check in process was quick and easy. I love the mash up of art with the hotel. The rooms are big. I stayed in the king size room. The air conditioning worked great. The bed was comfortable. A recommendation for improvement would be for a shower curtain to be installed because whenever I showered water would get all over near the bathroom and it wouldn’t dry quick enough so I would either have to dry it or wear shoes to not get my feet or socks wet. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The train is a couple of feet away. Other places of business nearby.
Rooms: The beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The shower is spacious with a bench to sit. They should put a shower curtain to avoid a wet floor near the bathroom. They should put a towel rack underneath the sink for easy access. Air conditioning was worked great and kept the room cool.
Walkability: Train station feet away.
Food and drinks: Good at the hotel was delicious. A little pricey but great taste.”
“I really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean. Service was prompt. The entire hotel was clean and had a colorful fun vibe to it. If you're sensitive to noise you may want to bring plugs or have some soft sound playing in your room, (you can hear loud other guests in the hallway and the tram going by), but otherwise had a lovely time.”

“This Holiday Inn definitely stays on my list. Clean rooms with a reasonable price and a good location. The rooms TV has a chromecast support which I really liked. The breakfast is Holiday Inn standard and fairly good. Fitness center is in a good shape.

“The room was really great unfortunately it was a little warm in the rooms. I had a king suite my bedroom. I had to keep the air conditioner on 65 to keep the air on and then outside of the bedroom was just really warm. Other than that, it was an excellent room. It was in clean condition and I really enjoyed the stay.”
