What it lacks in amenities (and it is a bit lacking) it makes up for in charm. Also, their were a bunch of whack jobs doing a ghost hunt in the building when i was there. And i love that.

Beautiful historic hotel very close to the Footprint Center. CHELSEA was so AMAZING. I am legally blind but she treated me like royalty ✨️ ?. Highly recommended!

The best part of the historic hotel is the location. I had read the reviews beforehand of it being old and outdated. It is. But if you go there knowing that ahead of time, it's an okay hotel that's convenient to getting around the downtown area for events like my daughter's graduation at Chase Field.
