Facility was clean in the lobby, and online check-in made the process to get in the queue to be seen quick. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The wait was long, but Laura, the PA, made sure to apologize for the lengthy time to see her. She listened to my medical issue, did research, and made a referral to a specialist. Laura was very attentive to my needs and was very kind and caring.

Met with NP Brittany - she was extremely thorough, attentive, and kind. I’ve only been taking the prescriptions for a day to address upper respiratory infection and ear infection and already am feeling so much better. There was a bit of a wait, but they were pretty busy, so save a spot online if possible. Would definitely return here in the future.

I am not happy with my results I was told I have a cold for 5 days and all I got is medicine for allergies.

I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to see someone when they advertised " less than 30 minutes wait time." False advertising!!!

I'm a disabled veteran and generally get my medical care through the VA. I had felt ill for a few days and was concerned that it might be COVID. I found that there was no testing at any VA facilities over the weekend so I did a search for testing near me. The Urgent Care on Bell and 7th Street came so we went there. They work with the VA and took care of all the details to have my testing covered. I was seen quickly, treated professionally and tested positive for COVID. They emailed prescriptions to the VA which I was able to pick up the same morning. The meds immediately helped me start to feel better. This facility has my gratitude and highest recommendation.

This place is is ridiculous 🙄 I waited over 2 hours too be seen the ppl who all came in after me got seen and have left I'm still waiting . Worst place I think the computers are messing up and my name isn't showing in back lady kept saying I'm next and they would call someone else.

HonorHealth Urgent Care at 7th St & Bell, Phoenix is amazing. From front office to medical assistant. PA Krista so nice and extremely helpful explaing what I had going on. I was able to go on line to see an estimated wait time in case I may have wanted to to go somewhere else. Also, being HonorHealth I was able to set some things up through My Chart ahead of time. Great expieance!!! Thank you.
