this particular store is thee worst HD.. I've ever been in... no carts available ... lumber dept... looks like crap... torn bags of cement all over the place... lumber not properly stacked... I can keep going... and I only walked lumber and builder material departments.... can't imagine what the rest of the store looks like... looks like the Dept heads... management and district management don't give two shits about this store and it shows... completely wowed by this store... has HD standard dropped?

Was told in order to get what I needed out of inventory that wasn't on the floor I had to pay first before they would take down. The Thomas store is busy, horrible service you have to have a melt down before anyone assist you. Shame some of the staff is awesome, just not enough of them around. They seem to hire anything that walks thru the door, can you believe that associate told the women at the special order desk that he wouldn't assist me unless I paid didn't want to waste his time, s*** the product should have been on the floor so it could be sold

Roofing project nightmare! I don't know where to begin. First and foremost, our sales consultant JR did not initially inform us that there would be a construction supervisor by the name of Paul. JR informed us that the job would start on a Thursday/Friday and would be finished by the following Monday. Not only was the job not finished by the deadline, but by Sunday the tear down wasn't completed. My yard was strewn with old shingles and nails. 3 days after missing the deadline I called JR to voice my disdain, I was informed by him that Paul was the construction supervisor. I had not met Paul nor had he introduced himself prior to me voicing my displeasure. I felt it necessary to document my issues with the project. I informed Paul I had concerns with: the installer failed to cut a ridge vent; the soffit vents seemed haphazardly placed; the installer failed to remove stickers on the insider of the soffit grills (restricting air flow); soffit vent screws were stripped (making removal difficult); installer's vehicle spilled oil all over my driveway; missed completion deadline. Paul assured me that the installer would be "fired." He agreed that the issues were numerous and that Home Depot would no longer do business with that installer. He also told me he would send me $100 for my troubles. Imagine my surprise when the same installer comes back to my home and asks me why I asked for him to not come back. I told the installer that I was not happy with false promises, the missing ridge vent, the soffit vents, and the spilled oil all over my drive way. The installer did finally cut a ridge vent, someone did fix the screws on the soffit vents, and the installer tried to power wash the oil spots with terrible results. Overall, I am not happy. Had I not inspected my roof, I would have never discovered that there was no vent cut. JR had informed me that the shingle manufacturer would not warranty the shingles without a ridge vent. I am unsure if Paul or JR have returned to my home to inspect the work. I paid a premium with Home Depot for the piece of mind that my project would be handled with pride. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was sold a remanufactered compressor . Didn't even know they sold something like that . Then the thing didn't work . So now after installing it I had to take the plumbing apart and load it on to my truck and hall it back to them . Not a good experience !

The employee that helped us last night was very helpful and nice. I was so surprised! We were just at Lowes and it was the most frustrating annoying experience! No one cared to help us, when you finally found someone they tell you they don't work there and go back there, finally my husband stop an employee and he was annoyed , we ask for a special grill and he said he didn't know what we were talking about and said maybe we should go to Ace Hardware and walked away. Really sucks the customer service! Definitely will not be going back and just go to Home Depot.

I'm very frustrated. I have purchased several Ryobi 18v tools. The last 4 purchases I have been charged the wrong amount for the tool and have had to argue with the cashier and go through a huge hassle to get the price advertised on the shelf tag. You really need to fix your computers because they don't match the shelf tag or the internet price but those two prices match. I wonder how many people you have ripped off by charging them $10 more for the tool they bought.
