Great staff decent selection. Love that you can bring your dog there. However the prices are INSANE. Idk who can afford to shop there when many items have literally doubled since COVID.

I've been going to this store for 25yrs because it's always been great. Lately though the amount of people in the parking lot looking for work has gotten out of control. Yelling foul language in Spanish . Walking right in front of my work truck. Had to wait 10min to use the restroom and inside there was filthy laundry laying all over , disgusting. I can't believe the store is allowing this. I will avoid going here when possible.

Home Depot scams , don't ever buy on line with home Depot, if you return product that's still under warranty they won't give you an exchange, they only give you store credit, stuck without the product that you purchased, and give you a store credit that can't be used for on line orders .... WTF...this is a piss poor policy...so now I'm out $140 and the product I need and home Depot has $140 of my money... WTF!

Extremely disappointed in the Home Services Division. We went to the Bell Road and Cave Creek Road store and received a quote from the store personnel on windows, fully understanding that they would come to our home and measure and confirm the brand (Anderson) and style, hardware etc.Chris is the home services design consultant who came to our home. He claims to not be able to provide a detailed estimate for windows. We asked to speak to his supervisor, Bob who left a vm. I followed up with Bob leaving a vm and sent a follow up email.I have never had a company provide an estimate without the breakdown of costs. There is no breakdown for Materials, windows, vs. labor, tax etc. just a global estimate.The estimate from the Store provided the costs of each window with hardware. The costs (for same windows w/less than a half inch in difference of each window) from Chris' general estimate is 132% higher than the cost of what the store provided (based on Chris' email saying that the cost of the materials is 70% of his quote).The store personnel have always been good to deal with, but I am extremely disappointed in their Home Services division and lack of customer service and adequate information to make a decision on a large purchase.

While I am a big fan of the gardening center, I hate shopping in the rest of the store. I never am sure what I am looking for and rarely can find it. Employees are usually hard to locate. The customer service on my last trip was incredible. I was responsible for part of the shopping list. An employee (Angie/Garden Ctr) saw me looking lost. (Ok, I didn't even know what wood shims were) and immediately directed me. She then went through the rest of our list and pointed out locations, making our trip shorter and easier. Our cashier Laura was friendly and fun. Then, suddenly a set of extrahands appeared while loading the door and Angie was back! What a great impression.

We had purchased the tall Jack Skellington to put out front for both Halloween and Christmas. Well right before Christmas Jack snapped and collapsed in front of our home. So it didn't even last 2 months. Home Depot refuses to do anything about it. Wow what horrible customer service. The product should last longer than 2 months. It will be a long time before we purchase from them again.

I had gone to a few other Home Depots and I had a hard time getting help. Mike in the lumber department took the time to answer all my questions. I needed a shelf cut for my mom's kitchen and he showed me all the options and finally cut a piece of wood to fit the other shelf. I could not be happier with this Home Depot and I am a forever customer because of this experience!

My son and I went to Home Depot this evening to buy our Christmas tree. Steve C. greeted us at the Christmas tree lot and offered us hot chocolate as we walked up. He was personable, kind, and helpful. Steve was jovial and in great holiday spirits. Steve C gave us great service and made our experience memorable and fun!?

I live right next to a Home Depot and drive to this one for better parking, better inventory and store layout. Associates on the floor may be a little easier to find in this store compared to other locations.
