We worked with JP today, and he truly went above and beyond to help us while we were in a tight spot. Traveling can quickly become stressful but he showed us humility and kindness and truly made our day!

Stayed there on 2 separate stents, all within 2 weeks, both times during weekdays. The second stent was $79 a night higher.. the parking lot was empty, so I don't believe it was a supply and demand issue.

Horrible! First room didn’t have ac and after check out I was charged almost $1000 for a smoking fee when I don’t even smoke.

I have no complaints about this hotel! The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Steve, Paul and Jordan were very accommodating. The breakfast area is very clean and have amazing choices of breakfast options!

I was told the $150 hold would be released as soon as I checked out. Then they tell me it takes 4-6 business days, as a refund. This is important information for someone in a financial bind. I would not have stayed if I knew this. Room was clean, breakfast was good, but elevators sound like they’re going to collapse any minute.

The rooms are spacious and clean, nicely appointed. From a customer service standpoint it is a one star hotel. When we checked in we took the elevator to our room, I clearly have a fractured foot in a boot and we had luggage, upon entering the the room it was quite obvious the bed had been slept in pillows and covers askew clear imprints of heads and bodies, we called the desk and they had us lug everything back down and then back up again with a "sorry about that". The second night we arrived after 10:00 and followed the instructions to key in and nothing, several more people arrived and tried their keys and nothing, we tapped on the door and the lady behind the desk waved us over to the keypad when she finally decided to get up and let us in the door was stuck closed, if you want to use the outside eating area it was the same thing, we were not able to get back in. The kids from the pool soak the elevator floors which are dangerously slippery. The "strictly enforced" non smoking property is laughable as there is a smoking area with a bench right across from the entryway. The property has a huge parking lot with five handicapped spots which were full day and night but "diamond members" have about 15 spaces near the front, I spoke with other travelers with handicapped plates that stated the same thing, not one time were they ever able to utilize them but cars with no handicapped tags with "Uber" in the window seemed to enjoy those spots. I would not book this hotel for family again. Side note buy water at the Walgreens next door, a small bottle will cost you 3.50.. at the Holiday Inn, in Phoenix with excessive heat warnings in effect.. smh

Hi I'm Henry,,I have a limo business and car service here in phoenix..I was literally sitting underneath their canopy cause hits over 100 degrees here in phoenix..I was sitting for approximately 10 mins..I was then approached by some black lady,came out and gave me a hard time cause I was parked there, underneath her canopy..Instead of asking me if everything was ok,,I was told by her that I looked suspicious.I stated to her I have a limo business as well as my company name all over my vehicle..I asked why she was harassing ,,rudly she stated this is private property..I stated to her,,I'm not bugging anyone, what is the issue,,..I called corporate office hopefully they handle this situation..Another gentleman who works, there,,I told him the same thing and he was just as worse than she was..Said the same thing,,I stated to him the same thing..He said I had to move,,not politely,,,..I ALSO HAVE A CAMERA IN MY CAR SO ALL OF THIS WAS RECORDED....They need better customer service..
