Fun, energetic, high Intensity Interval Training gym/studio. 6 classes per day, 2 on Saturdays. New exercise program created each day. They offer a great variety of workouts! Upper body focus on Monday and Thursday, Lower body focus on Tuesday and Friday, Full body conditioning on Wednesday and Saturday. Exercises utilize medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, body weight, boxes, exercise bands, exercise bikes, rowers, battle ropes, benches, sleds, agility ladders, penalty boxes, slides, jump rope and more. Friendly workout environment, experienced trainers, well air conditioned space. Weekly, monthly, and annual memberships available as well as a 10 pack that is good for a year. Try out a class for free! Just come on in and the awesome staff will help you get set up!

The best, most fun and satisfying workouts I've ever had. Super fun group of people to work out with. Trainers are energetic, very supportive and knowledgeable. Workouts are always different, which keeps it fun and not boring same stuff like elsewhere. All kinds of different levels of fitness so was really easy to fit in comfortably for me. Just a super positive atmosphere there so it just energizes me to get there to workout, which has been a battle elsewhere. If you're looking for a great place to work out that is super cheap too, I can't endorse this place enough! Love this place! Thanks for being a life saver Hiit Zone!!!!!

Been a member since they opened. The workouts are exactly what I need to keep fit in my middle 60's. Tammy and the trainers are great and I really enjoy the variety and pace of the HIIT rotations we see each day. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere - easy for beginners to get into the routine.

I enjoy coming to this gym a lot. They have all the exercises set up and ready to go and always provide a demonstration of the exercises prior to starting. They also help you get a warm up and cool down in. The trainers and other clients are welcoming and encouraging. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, they help you reach your goals wherever you’re at. I like the no-frills workouts and always leave feeling like I got a good cardio and strength exercise in. I’m hopeful they’ll add afternoon or later evening classes as they continue to grow :)

Brand new bootcamp fitness gym in AHWATUKEE!! Amazing workouts and wonderful trainers! I love being able to show up, work hard, feel motivated, and get RESULTS! ??
