Horrible service up in front with the old lady doesn’t know how to explain things right

Team was patient, kind and helpful. Although both times we were there, they were understaffed, but this didn't seem to stress out the team that was working.
We were greatful for the service we received.???

The recording said drop off by 5:30 and the sign says 5:30. I pulled up at a little before 5 and they said they were closed so they're charging me for an extra day and had the audacity to say I was smoking in the car. I don't smoke. It was sand. I'd five 0 stars if I could.
