The cashier's were nice. The one worker acted as though he did not want to wait on me. I needed a tire and I sure hope to never go back there again.

Last week I bought 4 new tires for my truck at this place. What these people did was that my truck had the air pivot plugs with the Chevy emblem and they kept them and put plastic ones on it. Many times things do not have much value but the actions of the employees leave a lot to be desired. If they do that with something that is not worth much! What they won't do with things of much more value. The employee or owner provides very good customer service. What is wrong here are the employees.

Very honest, friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient. If you're looking for a quality shop with trustworthy and knowledgeable staff, this is the place. This shop will always have my business and I will definitely refer everyone else here. I drove from an hour away to this particular shop and it was well worth it. These folks definitely have my trust for all future needs/repairs. They surprisingly had the parts I needed for a foreign model vehicle and they fixed it then and there. All the staff here are life savers. Thank you to all the staff here.

Excellent attention and service from Abraham. He's a smart young man and very very knowledgable and passionate about what he's doing. I did my research to see pricing and fitment for my wheels on my car, and I can say Hernandez Tires had the best pricing and service. I will totally be returning for any future tire needs. I highly recommend Hernandez Tires.

I was charged 90$ for an alignment, waited 35 min. And my front tires are still unbalanced, no good my friend.
