The guys showed up just in time to unload for a design install and handled our inventory with great care. They were professional which is important to us as we had clients on site. I will work with this team again and will refer them to other clients needing moving services.

I have used them personally , and I am a Realtor - refer them out a lot - and they are always doing good work! I worked in the van line industry for years , so I can be pretty critical of movers , but not with Hector's team !

Haves worked with them a few times now and they have always been professional, quick, and careful when moving. Great to work with!!I know others seem to have had a different experience which can happen since I think they have a few different crews. Anyway, I’ve had nothing but success with them and will work with them again in the future ?

This is a great local owned company which I really appreciate and I have used several times to pick up items at furniture stores for me as well as consignment stores. Meagan is always friendly, helpful, and responsive and the guys that come out really work hard to get things done carefully and efficiently. Thank you so much!

Appalling lack of professionalism. Entered into a contract, in writing, for $95/hr 2 men and $85 trip fee which was not cheap. I expected professionalism and reliability. Wouldn't agree to a definitive time. Gave me two hour window. Cancelled on me 20 mins before window that was quoted. He knew the address and cross streets from a prior text. Texted him again 17 mins prior to window the exact address. Son of a gun refuted our contract 15 mins before agreed to time. Caused me to incur significant fees, additional rental fees, and miss more work. Zero stars deserving. Business cannot work this way. These guys advertised they were 20 year in the business. Their conduct makes them look like 20 days in the business. Totally unacceptable.

This place is very misleading and very rude. We booked them 2 weeks ago. They said all we needed was ropes and blankets to protect our furniture thru the move. They said they were even willing to drop off at 2 locations. Prefect! Then tonight, the night before our move, they text, not even the courtesy of a phone call, said we had to rent a truck. Even though a week ago they said it was something they provided. 2 workers and a truck. The lady I spoke with was very rude. Laughed at what we were going thru, could not provide us with anyone to get ahold of for a refund. Sketchy as hell! Avoid this place!!!! You'll be screwed last minute.

These guys dropped an antique made of cherrywood, glass and silk. They were apologetic and said they would have it fixed and returned to me. Now they won't answer my calls or emails. I just want the pieces back so that I can try to have it fixed myself but they're just ignoring me and keeping the broken pieces of the antique, which is now useless without them. Horrible people and there is no way to get in touch with them. They don't have a physical address, just a mailing address and the mobile number of a girl named Meagan who does the scheduling. Her mailbox is always full so you can't even leave a message. There is no recourse here if something goes wrong - beware.When they didn't answer any of my calls I sent them a text message and realized that I had used them before when I saw the message history. That time they dropped an expensive wood chair bringing it to consignment and the leg snapped. I wasn't there and they never called to tell me. The consignment shop told me what happened (they saw it) and I called Hector's but they did not return my calls. If I had realized this was the same dishonest company when I scheduled my last move I wouldn't have used them again.I don't normally write reviews but I want folks to know how terrible these people are and that when they break something they do not accept any responsibility or try to help, or worse as in my case where they won't even return the broken pieces to me.

So disappointed with Hectors moving. They used to be good but since he started doing things and not even having his own trucks he now rents from UHAUL. I have e used them since 2014 and will NEVER EVER refer anyone to them again. They moved Henredon sofa's with other items to a storage and when they delivered to my other address I am missing the back pillow to one of the matching sofa's. They broke my snubbers when his son put them leaning against the truck and they fell over. I did not realize until weeks later when I went to use it. $365.00 in damage to my wall in our home. The also lost the parts to a mattress firm bed which they admitted to and replacement is $800.00. They deny the cushion claiming ANOTHER company moved it into storage. NOT TRUE. He wants cash to not pay taxes he said to me and a witness. Blew it off with. We have given him washer and dryers furniture and other items. He claims he has insurance ask for his insurance Policy Doubtful. We are now HEADING TO COURT.

We had most tribal experience ever with this company! two people came, of them called Orlando , they were working really slow and careless ,they did many big damages !they broken our TV , damaged the electrical bed , broken vest then they left the place with uncompleted job , actually 1/3 of the furniture unloaded ! when we called to the manager, he just talked to his staff and Ignored our complaint ! I never recommend this awful company! for sure we go against this company!

They broke two of our TVs - said they would call back to resolve the issue and have not responded to our calls and texts. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - you cannot trust this company.

The men showed up on time and very friendly BUT did have issues with damage to furniture. They did fix a couple things that day but discovered some damage after they left on a couple other pieces. Hector came out to examine them and admitted that it was caused by move and said he'd have Meagan check into having someone come and fix what he couldn't that day. That was in August, after repeated calls, voice messages, and emails, nothing has happened and they are ignoring me. So I would say to use them only if you don't care about damage to your items.

I used Hector's Moving Service to move my office 4 blocks away. They were on time and there were enough guys to move everything. But, they did not take care when moving my equipment. The fax/copy machine broke. Hector came out to check it out and told me his guys did not break it. When I was firm about it he said to bring it up to his scheduler, Michelle. As he was leaving, he called me a name, in Spanish. If you've lived in Phoenix long, you know all the Spanish cuss words. Not very professional. I am not happy about how this was handled. Before the move, Michelle told me if anything breaks they have insurance to cover it. Hector did his best to deny something broke because of his company. I would not use his company again and will not recommend them.

I've used Hector's moving services twice now in two months and have to say these are the most courteous, professional movers I've encountered during my many years of home ownership, the one prior to this being long distance. Not only were our belongings well cared for throughout transit but even the placement of the furniture in new house was done to precision. Despite a little snafu attempting to verity the timing at the start of day and electrical hook up for a lighted bookcase units that had been overlooked prior to completion, all was made right - cheerfully and in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Hectors for local moving needs.

Wow! I am so impressed by the integrity, courtesy and overall ability of the trio who arrived on time this morning to expertly transport a large and heavy glass curio out of my home and into their truck in less than 45 minutes. And from the time of my initial inquiry to arrange for service was all of one day! Commendable to say the least
