2313 N 24th St, Phoenix“Every time I travel to Phoenix in business, Liberty is my most important stop. They make short term drop ins very easy and communicate well. Everything you need for strength and conditioning without any filler equipment crowding the gym. Good parking, easy to find. Good attitudes. Would be a full time member if I lived here.”

1824 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix“After years of searching for the perfect fitness routine, I finally found my sanctuary at Simply Pilates. I wanted to give myself some time before writing this review to fully experience the classes and teachers, and I have to say, joining this gym was the best decision I've made for myself. The gym is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and they offer a variety of classes. My review focuses on Simply Pilates because that's what I primarily do there.
I love attending my morning classes. Each class features different teachers, each with their unique techniques and styles. This variety ensures that you're getting a full-body workout throughout the week, and it's always different. I thoroughly enjoy McKinsey's and Steve's classes, they are probably my two favorite Pilates instructors. McKinsey's classes on Fridays really whoop your butt, and Steve's classes on Wednesdays are just as challenging. He interacts with us by providing clear instructions and enthusiastic encouragement, making the workout both challenging and fun. McKinsey is such a ball of sunshine and happiness, and her playlists always crack me up. Steve always has something to say about her playlist, and their playful banter is cute and adds a light-hearted touch to the class. All of the staff at TriCore are great!!
The women / men who attend are of different shapes, sizes, ages, and levels of Pilates skills. It's nice because you walk in feeling motivated to work out and leave feeling confident, with a calm mind and a nice little sweat. I enjoy challenging myself with some of the more advanced Pilates participants in the class, which pushes me to do better at each class.
I appreciate that it's not cliquish, everyone is there to do exactly what we want to do, which is Pilates. You start to see the results in your body. If you're hesitant about joining a club, don't be with this one. There are many mainstream Pilates clubs, but this one is like finding a needle in a haystack. You can tailor your classes to your needs, which is great.

100 E Camelback Rd #156, Phoenix“This is the best studio in Central Phoenix. Ashley and her staff of instructors have made my yoga experience top tier. The instructors have helped with my form, and modifications that fit my personal needs. The environment of the studio is very sociable and positive. I cannot say enough good things about this studio.”
“F45 is my favorite HIIT/circuit workout. I love that it's mostly timed, so you're not counting reps and that it's totally customizable and scalable to your interest and skill level. I was a member here for a year and really enjoyed the classes, the community, and of course the post-workout burn. It's very expensive, but if fitness and community are your top priorities, it's worth it!”
“This is the most effective and quick workout around. I’m in and out in 45 minutes and I’m getting stronger than ever. The trainers that run this location are super helpful, fun and all around awesome!”

50 W Jefferson St Suite 150, Phoenix“I'm not new to OTF... years in actually but I love this studio because of the people who work there!! Amy is *amazing* at what she does... you can tell she cares & knows what she's talking about & motivates! Makenna is full of energy & life & pumps you up while also keeping a close eye on your workouts so you know how to improve where you can improve. Julia at the front is so sweet and helpful.
I'm really glad I tried something different & it's worth the little drive it takes me each time.”
“Hub Fitness is by far the best place I've ever worked out. I enjoy exercising with my peers, who have been committed to coming for years, and good reason. We have an encouraging and motivating dynamic there, and I'd highly recommend to anyone who is serious about their fitness to join this gym!”

4645 E Chandler Blvd #114, Phoenix“I really like training at F45 in Ahwatukee. The trainers are all amazing! The workouts are always challenging and it's always a great time to work out there. Workouts can always be take it scaled up or down so I never feel pressured to push by body past its limits. Much easier to make the lifestyle change when you're listening to your body's need. Thanks F45 community!”
“What an awesome ride. Never thought I would be approaching 500 classes, but I’m almost there. Great group of coaches and members. Thank you to the Kim’s, Janice, and all the other wonderful team at OTF!”

23910 N 19th Ave #18, Phoenix“Every time I go, I die a little inside having to mentally prepare for a demanding workout. I'm thankful to be able to move my body and challenge myself. l've never done any kind of weight lifting or any high intensity workouts just a BIG runner girl over here. Some days (every time….joking..sort of ) | want to call quits & never come back because of the mental & physical strength it takes. The more | come the stronger l'll become. CrossFit is reallly hard but undeniably worth it. I am thankful for the coaches who challenge me to do more and support me to keep going. Solid coaches and community of people!”
“I’m new to CrossFit and joined this gym a few weeks ago. I enjoyed their “on-ramp” (intro to CrossFit) personal training sessions. Very helpful to new comers trying out CrossFit. I just finished my first week of “official” classes. Each workout has something for each level of athlete. Great coaches and the members have been very welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a Crossfit gym.”
5AM - 9PM
3031 E Indian School Rd #19, Phoenix“I just finished my 20th class at Title Boxing Club Arcadia and have had the absolute BEST experience! Zane and Jolene are incredible coaches and owners. You can tell from the moment you enter the gym, they love what they do and care for each person who walks in the door. Everyone in class is welcoming and there are no judgments on skill level or experience. In many gyms you're just a number. Not here! This gym has been a breath of fresh air!”

2501 W Happy Valley Rd Suite 32-1020, Phoenix“This location is awesome!!! Coach Tera is the best trainer there. Definitely go to her classes. They provide good vibes and a killer workout! I would recommend this location to anyone. They have all the updated technology and a kind staff.”
“I was in town for work and had time to squeeze a workout before my flight back home, so I stopped by this OTF location and I felt so welcomed and taken care of by Sebastian, Chantelle (not sure if spelled correctly sorry!) and Coach Chad. It’s awesome that the happy OTF vibes transfer from one location to another no matter where you’re at. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Phoenix :)”
5AM - 7:30PM
753 E Bell Rd #11, Phoenix“I like that you just have to show up and give it your all for the workout that's already planned for you. There's someone there to show you, if you need the guidance and answer questions. In addition I like that as a beginner, I struggle with some of the weight room work outs and the coaches offer alternatives so there's no excuses. All you need is the motivation and energy. They demonstrate you how to perform each exercise set before each session. Because of my schedule I've only attended morning classes but they have challenges or fun workouts during the weekend and a strength focus class in the afternoons. You'll get results if you truly put in the work. I attended 3/4 days a week drop my weight almost a lb each week. And if I was as committed to my nutrition side of the equation I probably be down even more. But I'm happy, I'm healthier and I'm stronger than before. I can pick up my 5yr old again! The coaches have awsome energy and killer playlists which makes the sessions fun.”
“I was diagnosed with having Parkinson’s disease in 2010. Over the years, the disease and its symptoms have continued to progress. To that end, Shauna has been nothing short of a godsend for me. Her compassion for providing me and the remainder of her client base with her knowledge and drive to do everything she can to support their success, is unbelievable. I walked into her facility a year, or maybe a year and a half ago and I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy my weekly one on one time with her and how much it has helped me to keep the symptoms of the Parkinson’s at bay. Not only has she become my “coach” but I’m also happy that I can call her my friend. Check Unify out . I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.”

This is exactly what I have been looking for - great programming and being kept accountable in an encouraging and supportive way. Not to mention Coach Brian and Coach Cole are super knowledgeable. As I plan to move out of the state, I will always drop into magna when I come for a visit. I wish you all the best in the future. ????”
“Love the balance of tread, rowing, and floor with the workouts, especially the signature workouts! Coach Dane and Lori are just the energy I need at 5AM! I also appreciate the premier perks I get having an unlimited membership. It’s so nice to bring a friend to class monthly to enjoy what I love doing daily!”

12040 N 32nd St, Phoenix“Fibonacci Fitness is a great gym for anyone looking to workout with an emphasis on functional fitness. The gym welcomes clients of all ages and levels of experience. Matt, the owner / trainer, creates a personalized workout for each client every visit to meet their needs and walks you through the movement patterns to ensure proper technique.Matt’s workout plans are geared toward improving the body in the movements and activities it goes through every day and help improve strength, joint stability, and flexibility / mobility. The priority at the gym is to use proper technique and controlled movements to maximize your gains while reducing the risk of injury rather than “Ego lifting” as much weight as possible with poor form.During my time at the gym I learned a ton about how to effectively structure a workout, cues to help improve my form, and several great maintenance exercises to keep my joints moving well and working without pain. The biggest challenge is that the gym has more limited hours of operation than a big-box gym as it is run, cleaned, and programmed entirely by Matt. However, in my opinion the benefits you get such as personalized workouts as well as a more private and clean gym space far outweigh the costs and I would highly recommend the gym.”
6AM - 6PM
6311 N 7th St, Phoenix“Jake Elston and Happy Factory is amazing! This is a no pressure gym, all sizes and all shapes welcomed happily. I hadn’t done any strength training in over 4 years and was feeling out of my comfort zone to start again. I have been training with Jake for 6 months and I look forward to our time together. His training approach is functional and focused on proper form. He has helped me feel strong and has boosted my confidence. Everyone at the Happy Factory is friendly and helpful. Best decision you can make is working with Jake!”
“I stopped in for a week during a Phoenix work trip and had a great time. Great coaches and members. I really enjoyed my time here and will be back next time I’m in Arizona.”
“By far the best gym I’ve been to! It has all the equipment I need to hit every muscle group and then some. It’s also usually low traffic, meaning you never really have to worry about waiting an excessive amount time for a piece of equipment. Everyone here is also very friendly. And to top it off, the owner Ivan is a great guy willing to help anytime. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!”
