I recently had some work done with Griffon printing and it was such a great experience! Terrell was very helpful and responsive with answering my many questions. I would definitely recommend using Griffon printing for any of your printing needs!

Griffon Printing is awesome! They have been handling all of our printing and graphic design needs for years and have always done a great job. Update 8/7/2023. Responding to the owners message.
To one payment we missed yes, completely agree. We lost our card that was on your file and blocked it. When Heather reached out to me about the missed payment, I used my personal card to make payment because you wouldn’t make any changes to our site until I paid the bill. Understandable. But don’t say you maintained it, when you did not.
Oh and the options offered? Let’s talk about those.. $150 for our domain? And $275 for domain/edit capability? The domain costs us $20 in the beginning when you pitched it to us, but now the King of Sales is trying to get $150 from it? I am not about to give this company another dime. We also tried to get OUR site back from Go Daddy, but the king of sales owns it under his name. not me(the owner of the business). So we were forced to purchase another domain for our business site for $22.85.
Original: As a small business owner who values honesty and building relationships, I was excited to work with Griffon Printing for the creation of my own small business’s website. However, my experience with them was far from satisfactory. I was definitely sold on a sales pitch.
We paid a monthly service fee with the understanding that updates would be completed in a matter of, I quote “minutes”. Unfortunately, it often took days for them to finish the updates, and even then, they were frequently done incorrectly.
Furthermore, we were told that if we decided to stop our services we would be free to leave “no harm, no foul.”
That’s exactly what we decided to do. However, we were asked to pay for a domain that we had already purchased. This added unnecessary hassle and frustration to the process.
Overall, I am disappointed with the level of service and communication from Griffon Printing. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of supporting small businesses, but I cannot recommend working with them based on my experience.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when considering their services.

Placed an order for a banner on Monday. Needed to pick up Friday. Friday comes around and I call multiple times, and email trying to figure out when my banner will be ready. All I needed was a time frame, since I have a toddler who depends on naps to not have seizures. No answer. No emails back. Gave it a few hours, and nothing. I have been using Griffin Printing and Terrel Tye for five years, from the inception of our restaurant, the Original Breakfast House in Phoenix.
