Had a lot of rodent damage in the engine and took it in. Not only were they quick with the repairs, but they were also very communicative. Once they dug in they were able to save me $800 from the original estimate. Very honest people.

The team was quick to to replace a faulty battery, providing excellent customer service. They got me to and from my house with Lyft, and had me back in our company vehicle to start working by mid morning. Thanks guys

I called to get a ballpark price on a service...the price he gave me was 2 1/2 times the price of getting done at my dealership -- more than TWICE the price!!!! I guess because I'm a woman, they felt they could rip me off. Not cool...I've been in the car business for over 20 years...they messed with the wrong woman. Girls beware!!

They do good work and seem at least at average with costs. Mostly they have nice staff. Only had one guy be an a-hole and not even explain what was done with the car. Dustin is great, the other one… idk But I’ll keep coming here as I trust them.

Took my Ford to Greulich’s with a service engine soon lite on. They diagnosed the issue and repaired in a day! The cost was about the same as the dealer however the work was superior in my opinion (no pinched wires between intake and block, thanks Ford!). No up sells to fix things that don’t need repair. They communicate (text messages and phone calls) the entire way thru the repair so you know what is going on with your vehicle! Took my vehicle to Greulich’s on a recommendation and because Ford ripped me off. So glad I have a new mechanic! Thanks for the free transportation to pick up my truck as well, nice surprise!

I did a review about 2 months ago with having issues with my vehicle and not running right and it wasn't the same and well the same reason why I took my vehicle to the shop before it happened again which my vehicle the truck ended up being a neutral and I couldn't get it out of place because it broke the the gearbox or whatever you wanna call it and so they came out and towed it back to the shop and they fixed it without charging me so I thank you thank you so much for your job and for them being so patient with me Thank you they didn't awesome job I would recommend them

My AC was not cooling. I called Greulichs to make appointment to have them look at was AC was cooling I went in on Friday the 14th of April to have it check out. It was a hose that leaking, they took care of for me. I have going to Greulichs for 20yrs plus and they always do a wonderful work. They are always professional and friendly. High five to all who work at Greulichs. Thank you so very much.

Was seen today and hands down was extremely happy with the costumer service and service in general. I was in an accident last year and the body shop never informed me to have my alignment and suspension checked at all or did the work. So I came in today for my appt they completely looked over my entire car no charge which I thought was awesome because I need a few fluids changed in my car soon which I didn’t know for sure but have been wondering about them needing changed. My alignment was just a tiny bit off they did my alignment as a courtesy. I’m extremely happy and would definitely be coming back as well recommending my family and friends!! Money has been extremely beyond tight so you really helps me in such a way you couldn’t even imagine so truly thank you!!!

My wife and kids were driving from Phoenix to Casa Grande when the car they were driving in began operating erratically to the point it wasn’t safe to drive any further. They pulled to the side and called for roadside assistance. We had the car towed to Greulich’s in Ahwatukee. In the meantime I called to give them a heads up the car was in the way. I spoke with Bobby, whose customer service was outstanding. He took an initial report over the phone, confirmed that the car had arrived and followed up to ask further detail on the issues the car was having. My follow-up conversations with Dustin were similar as he provided really helpful guidance on the recommendations. Even though the shop was busy and it was a holiday weekend, I had the car back with all issues resolved in short time. Outstanding experience across the board.
