I just left this store and I was so happy I had a grand mart in the area. They gave me a fake $20 bill and I was thinking maybe it’s just an old bill and got it checked out it was completely fake! Will not ever go to this store again! Just terrible!!

Figured the 3rd time would be the charm. Zero customer service at the wig counter. Rang the bell twice, and asked the girl up front if someone could help and no one came after waiting over 30 minutes. This was the 3rd time I’ve tried. Horrible customer service and extremely understaffed. Never again.

I used to love the store probably thinking about coming back but I've been trying to call them for the past 2 or 3 days.. they used to pick up when they used to be on 7th Ave smh.. why have a service community phone number for a customer to call and no one picks up I got hung up on.

Nice clean store. The young lady that helped us was knowledgeable about the hair products that were looking for. She was professional and personable. We would definitely return.

The customer service was amazing! I’m not from this area and familiar with hair brands, the lady who assisted me was knowledgeable and patient with me as I couldn’t make up my mind. Don’t know her name but she had faux locs with color. The prices were very reasonable and had a huge selection of hair products and clothing.

Grand Mart hair store has all of the beautiful items that you will need and there is plenty of customer service support. It's a long ride for me coming from Casa Grande but I'm never disappointed when I go there thank you and keep up the great work.

I love this store, they always have everything i need. I always feel so welcome here. I needed help finding a makeup look from a photo online, one of the girls walked with me and helped me find every product to match that makeup look. She was so sweet. :)

This hair store is huge I can imagine they will have EVERYTHING you can possibly need. I only purchased one item so idk how they are on prices for virgin hair and wigs. But they have a full inventory for sure.
