Context: I had taken my car into a different shop to inspect/repair my A/C. They gave me an insanely high cost estimate, saying my compressor was out.
Thankfully I wanted to get a second opinion and that’s how I found myself at this Big Brand Tires location. From start to finish Jose and the team were kind and professional. They inspected my car, found that my compressor was fine, and adjusted what was actually causing the problem - and it was reasonably priced! They even helped me out and one of the techs gave me a ride home while they worked.
I won’t be taking my car anywhere else! Thank you Jose and team!!

I was so happy to see that Jose was working at this location ..and as the manager ..so well deserved !! He helped me at a different location with another vehicle . To see him and he also remembered me ..I knew I was going to have excellent service . He got me perfect meaty looking tires and with it being a new vehicle for me he did an overall check on everything ! Who does that ?! I am beyond happy with the tires , the peace of mind ..that's great service ! Friendly ! Great workers ..I can't recommend this place enough ! Single ..even older women ..you are not going to be ripped off..it will be explained ...great place !!

This location has come to be my go to shop for oil changes, tires, brakes etc. Jose the manager is awesome. As a walk in with a full day ahead of them, they got me in and out within an hour. Their professionalism and overall work is appreciated. Big thanks everyone there for real!

I love this shop! Professional, honest, reliable! I've taken a few cars here for tire pressure checks and flat repair but today I found a nail in my tire sidewall so I knew it couldn't be repaired. Dropped my car off just after 4 for a new tire and an oil change and it was ready to be picked up at 5:45. Jesus was friendly and professional and they did a great job! Highly recommend!

I purchased two tires and did the wheel alignment here a month ago but forgot to do a review. The price is very reasonable for their 5 stars service (Fast, reliable, honest, and friendly)! Steven is an excellent mechanic that offered to remove the jammed wheel of my car on my driveway, while not Pio and Andres are very friendly. Will definitely come back!

Andres, Pio, and Steven were all awesome!! They were definitely big on fast and friendly. I had previously purchased this set of tires from Big Brand and they are truly high quality and a comfortable ride. I needed a tire repaired as I had picked up a nail, turns out they found a second nail in another tire. They quickly fixed both and rotated my tires. I was safely on my way in no time. Thank you gentlemen!! I highly recommend big brand for your tire and service needs!

I have some work done on my car brakes rotors tires they did an excellent job I recommend this to my friends and whoever reads this it's not only a shop it's friendship they treat you right and proper and they get to they get the job done right no going back for q sloppy joe hey do it right the first time that's the only shop I'll go to I treat you right thank you
