Annoyed. Went in today for the student discount. Showed the cashier my ID and he said it’s perfect. Paid but the cashier never applied the discount. Instead of fixing the mistake he just gave me a lesser value coupon to use next time.

I love most goodwill always a bargain to be found like any thrift store lines can get long not always the case just saying it happens this store is always well organized I never have no issues restrooms are accessible I hate ones with locks this store always has me coming back for more!

I visited your store this morning and found the door open, so I began browsing. After a few minutes, an employee informed me the store was not open yet. While I understand the importance of store policies, it would have been helpful if there was a sign indicating the store was closed or if I was informed upon entering. This would prevent confusion for customers in the future.

Do not go to this Goodwill! My adult DISABLED son and I were shopping at this place and was thrown out of the store for "switching tags in the bathroom". He walked into the restroom with no merchandise and left the restroom with no merchadise yet the manager said " it wasn't 1 person but SEVERAL people" said my he was switching tags in the restrroom. Anything we were going to Purchase was in my cart.
We have been going here for 10 years and Never have we had this problem until tonight. I will never expose my son to this harrassment and humiliation at this place again and suggest to stay away from this place!!
