Brought my SUV in and they seemed bothered when I informed them of missing the rails as it was clear it was still dirty. They didn’t even want to use air freshener even though it came with the gold package. My spouse had to tell them as I was totally disregarded. I’ve had good experiences in the past but seems like the quality of work has gone down. Very unfortunate.

Took my car there today 8/22/24 and they did OK. I got the Dimond package $28 + tip. Looks good from a distance but once you get close you notice all the missed spots. I wish I had taken pics but when I got home I went back over to do some touch ups. This was my 2nd time there. 1st time i had the same issues but was later in the day and busy so I chocked it up to that. This time was early morning and only 1 car before me. Still felt like they rushed and could easily have did a better gob.

Went there today, normally have a good job, not today. When I inspected my SUV, I found it was still spotty, I asked them to please clean it properly and I was met with attitude. Told me all cars have those brown spots. Yes, it's bee barf and can be cleaned off. They grudgingly went over my SUV again, still not clean but by then I was frustrated, told them I'd never be back and left. Plus I was up charged because I had an SUV. It wasn't visible to me on the signs regarding this up charge. This place is a rip off and I'll never be back. Not to mention the waiting area is filthy. One unhappy customer!

I love this place. They work hard! Fair priced & they take care of your car. Please tip them. Especially in the summer. They treat everyone good but I know they really appreciate those who tips. My 4runner loves yall!

I will say this they do have great prices. However, you do get what you pay for. If you’re the type of owner that washes their car themselves and takes great pride in it, you will definitely not be happy. However, if you’re looking too quickly clean your vehicle know that you might have to go back home and touch things up This might be your place. At the end of the day it depends on what you consider a good or bad car wash…. When you spend $30-$40 plus a $10 tip that is exactly what you’re gonna get.

I predominantly wash my own car and it takes 4 hours. I’m extremely detailed. It’s very rare I take my car to car washes. I came across Glendale Car Wash and wanted to give them a try. I will say, I am extremely satisfied with their attention to detail and I would take my car there again when I don’t have the time to wash my own car. The $25 Diamond service is a great value too.

The best way to wash a car is to wash it by hand. A lot of us are too lazy to wash the car by hand ourselves. For someone with health issues like me, it can be difficult to clean and wipe intricate wheels. I like coming here knowing that my car won't have any scratches, opposed to the automated ones. Plan your schedule, if you come here. Expect to wait, 45 minutes to an hour on some days, 2 hours at most. They do an okay job. They never do a perfect job, because there are so many cars.. They feel rushed, it seems. Price is good. $15 for the basic and $25 for the deluxe wash, I usually get from here. Also, don't forget to add a $5 tip. The waiting room is small, it is hot to be waiting outside for such a long time. Mind you, not many sitting areas outside, anyhow. Many people sit in their cars, at idle as well. Detailing services are performed here. Although, I cannot speak for the quality of them, as I have not gotten a detail here from them, personally. Debit / all major credit cards are accepted here and no fee for that is nice. You can also request cash back for the tip, at the register, which is nice. The tire shine product used by them is nice and lasts for a fair amount of time. Will I return? Yes. Is it the best? No. Cannot be fussy. Just be sure to look over your car, before leaving. Hand car washes are becoming non-existent these days.

The Guy was really nice when I took my car there the first time...I took my wife Suv there and they was not friendly this time very hard on her SUV slamming doors and shifting her gears hard the Toyota don't have a straight gear shifter...they clean pretty good but the customer service sucks....I'm not going back
