You drive directly to the scale, leave the truck at the scale, and go to register. The people there are very friendly and they will show you where to go and where to stand, everything is fine, but sometimes it takes a long time!

One of the worst warehouse...Lazy workers...more than 3 hour to pick...still at dock...make sure whn u come it's 4-5 hours r normal....whn u go offline and ask them they will delay u more...very unprofessional people.... need proper management..no 1 care.make sure the axel weight also forl lift driver r bunch of fools...0 star

Worst recycling company we have ever used. Unethical. Overcharged us multiple times and never paid us rebates on our cardboard. They picked up our compactor and didn't bring it back for over a day. Stay clear of these shysters.

I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment time and scaled my load. I was told to proceed to any dock and back in. Slide tandems and open doors. They started unloading my trailer and spilled toilet paper scrap all over the place. It took about an hour and half to unload the trailer. Afterwards I was allowed on the dock to sweep the rest out of the trailer. They left a lot of garbage back there so it took me about 15 minutes to get it clean. The dock filled up quickly and it doesn't look like there would be any room for extra trucks to show up too early or stay overnight. Overall not too bad, and the backing is very easy.
