I purchased an $8,000 Breitling from this shop. First, they lied about the pistachio watches they had over the phone and when I got to the shop there was only one when they said they had a few. The one iI wanted was at their other location and they told me they would have it transferred and update me via phone. Rather than them updating me I had to call and find out whether the watch was transferred. I bought it and wanted it shipped home and they talked me out of shipping it on Friday (I purchased it Wednesday, no idea why they couldn't ship it Thursday and I had paid for the shipping) because they were concerned no one would sign for it on a weekend. I called and left messages over the next 4-5 days to get an idea of when they would ship it so I could arrange for someone to be home and each time was told I would receive a call. No one ever called me and I finally was told it would be shipped yesterday only after I called again. And I was upset and the person made it seem as if I was in the wrong and took no responsibility. I will never shp here, nor recommend it, and I will report the incident to Breitling.

I brought my 14k gold chain in and they purchased it for a very fair price. I had the chain looked at at 2 other shops that low balled me. I highly recommend this place because they are honest and fair.

made an appointment with James today to assess my engagement ring set, I was very discouraged going into the appointment as I was quoted an insulting amount of my money on my set at a previous jeweler, James changed my feelings tremendously for the better, he not only took the time to explain the current diamond situation and value but also, cleaned my rings, assessed my rings and wrote down all the details I needed to know in order to sell my set, he was knowledgable, professional, and resourceful, I would highly recommend James at Ganem for your next jewelry purchase

This place Is great. The owner actually talks to you when you engage with him as a manager is absolutely awesome and the jewelry is quality the repairs don't need to go back twice. I truly like this place a lot five stars it's not even the rating I truly want to give it. We should have 10 stars for this place.

Quinton was an absolute delight to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all of the timepieces in the showroom. I originally only came in to get the battery on my Tag Heuer watches replaced, but I ended up buying two new timepieces. He addressed my concerns thoroughly without rushing me and made my husband, and I feel so at ease. I am now definitely a repeat customer.

Thoroughly impressed with Ganem! I brought in an oxidized Saint Benedict medal to be tumbled clean and to replace the worn ring on the necklace.The professional and friendly staff treated me like I was purchasing a 3-carat diamond ring. You can discern a lot by the way a business handles "small things." The sterling silver medal looks brand new again.
