Tyler helped really well on the phone. Sounded busy so I didn't wanna take up his time but he made sure I wasn't rushed and answered probably an annoying amount of questions from me. Super awesome guy

Not friendly or helpful, and I am very disappointed since I spent quite a bit of money on a PS4 and Xbox plus games for my grandson Christian. They never have the games he wants and always refer us to a different store.

Just don't go here. Bought 3 used games during a holiday sale. Get used get 1 free. The Employees didn't explain the policy on this deal. I did not like the game I bought so I brought it back. I nearly did not get refunded, I was given a gift card. Game Stop in general is not great to buy your games from.

Do not shop here!!!!! . My girl bought a console ps5 for her son and a used game and the charged her full price for a used game and sold her a used console as new. Do not shop here!!!! I opened the box for the console and it was already opened and old wrapping paper fell out.

Signage on their store says it opens at 10 am on Sundays but it does not. So... def don't plan your morning around shopping there... change your sign please whoever looks at this eventually.

Corporate sucks!!!! Was told they would be doing the early release for super mario rpg yesterday, last minute they say they won't be doing the release or have the pre order bonus so why did I buy the game here?!?! Should have gone to target or best buy, especially if they failed us on the pre order bonus, that what got me to buy the game here, false advertising if you ask me. Makes me think twice if I'll be buying another game here, VERY disappointed...

Old white guy with white hair was rude for no reason at all. Super bad attitude and speaks to you in a passive aggressive way, as If he didn't care about the customer or his job. Horrible employee and person overall. (Might be named jeremy) Needs to be fired or atleast considered. DON'T come to this gamestop
