The tag on the game will say one price but when they ring it up it’s always more. They will also have signs up advertising one price then it also rings up a higher price

Employee James was kind and helpful in providing a used game. The store is loaded with great collectibles and apparel. Also the game selection is great too.

Maybe who ever has control over the open to close hours on yelp could update them? What's the purpose of making people think you're open an hour before you actually are. I'm sure the management here gets on there normal staff for not doing what they're supposed get they can't handle something as simple of this. What a complete waste of someone's time. Don't ever go to this store. They're lousy and not very knowledgeable anyhow.

I stopped in to see if I could find some nintendo ds games, but they didn't have any, so I bought switch joycons instead, and signed up for their awesome program powerup rewards

Every time I come to this store, I always seem to run into the rudest employees no matter if it's day or night. About a year ago, Ben degraded me for not having the membership when all I wanted to do was trade in some games and buy a new one. I was forced into getting a pro membership until I threatened to leave, then he magically changed his tune and sweet-talked me into the free membership. Then just a few weeks ago, similar story with Merrick, I go in with some trade-in credit from earlier in the month, I like to joke around and be light-hearted yet he was having none of that when it came to jokes. I will go out of my way to both the Talking Stick Resort or Bell Plaza stores because your employees at least have the decency to act human to others at those locations.
